  • Hello there...

    For some weird obscure reason i am not satisfied with what i have been born with...I am otherwise happy. Newly married...no kids yet...loyal dog...So i should be OK, but there is that gnawing thought at the back of head that yells: "what if he can be bigger"?... So yes i have joined this site to experiment with the ideas posted.

    My current profile:
    Flaccid: length: 5 cm
    girth: 3 cm

    Erect: Length: 14 cm
    Girth: 5 cm

    Good luck to us all...As a new comer i am looking forward to whatever is in store...
    October 1, 2010: Erect Length: 5.9 inches (15cms)
    October 1, 2010: Flaccid length: 4.2 inches (10.8)

    February 9, 2011: Erect Lenghth: 15.8 cms
    February 9, 2011: Flaccid Length: 11 cms

    Goal: Erect Length: 17cms

    • Hey everyone,

      I've been a lurker here for a month or so, and I remember reading someone suggest signing up and getting involved in the community in order to stay motivated. So here we are!

      My username reflects not how I view my dick, but rather how I want it to be. A "Cannon" is definitely not what it is right now. One of the main things I want to improve is the intensity/size of my ejaculations. At the moment, it's a pathetic volume, and it just kind of dribbles out, even during my hardest erections. I want to be able to fire it across the room!

      I have a perfectly average penis, at 6.00"x5.00", and like everybody else, I want an 8x6. I have absolutely zero fat on my body, so for me there's no option except to measure bone-pressed.

      I've had a few sessions already, but of course I'm still in the early stages and I'm really quite unsure about proper technique and so forth. I expect to get past this grey area in no time, as I'll continue to read these forums and experiment/practice myself.

      Reading PESuccessGuy's story was a massive inspiration, so to start with, I'm mixing a bit of his "less is more" strategy with JonPop's beginner's guide.

      Thanks guys, this community is fantastic. At long last I feel totally fearless about the size of my dick. After all this time seeing dudes in porns firing massive loads with chunky-as-hell dongs, thinking about how disappointed I am with my own size, it's great to know that I can be just as fat and powerful!

          • I'm new to PE exercising but not new to the theory. I've been reading up on it for months now but never actually performed any exercises. My ex-girlfriend always told me my penis was beautiful and that I didn't need a bigger one. She may have been happy with it, but I think it's small and unimpressive. We broke up; now I'm going to exercise.
            Starting (11-01-08) NBPEL 5.20" - BPEL 5.60" - EG 4.00"
            Current (03-01-09) NBPEL 5.40" - BPEL 5.80" - EG 4.10"

                    Hi Johnny. I'm glad to have you with us.

                    Here is what you should do:

                    Don't count minutes for your warm up. You want to warm up your penis until it is slightly red, very warm and very stretchy. (your warm ups are flaccid)

                    6 min basic stretching is good. You may want to incorporate the kegel while you are stretching.

                    10 min of jelqing is a lot. You definitely want to turn it down to 6-7 minutes. Make sure you use a LIGHT grip.

                    You don't want to warm down. You want to cool down. Place your penis in a cup of cold water until it's fully turtled. You can stretch it slightly. This will ''freeze'' your penis in place, keeping it expanded.

                    Gradually increase the intensity of your routine every two weeks. When you feel ready, you can do the 90 day beginner routine, which is slightly more intense then what you're doing.

                      Wait a second... so you want to make your penis turtle? I always thought this was a bad thing... as in it would turtle if you over-exercised or just generally had negative PIs. So when you cool down the goal is to turtle your penis, then?
