Increased veins does seem to be common, I experienced the same as well. Cock ring usage after extension is definitely a plus! I also noticed slight foreskin growth and the due to the tension at the base of my glans, the ridge is more pronounced giving me a nice mushroom head. That is certainly a plus!!!Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

Pretty amazing and very glad I chose this route; works very well with me, can wear it around the house all day. Can wait to hang later in my growth, if needed.
Right now, at least, my cock seems to respond to very light/constant tension. I swear if I kept on adding rods it would just keep stretching, haha.
Ultimate Burrito, when did you add the strongest spring; or did you start with that?
My strategy is to start very slowly - 20 minute breaks, an hour the first day and gradually add time. When I get up to the normal hours - 4 to 8 - I'll then start to add more tension.

I had always done the 3500g springs during my journey from 5.5" to 7.5". It wasn't until earlier this year that I got the 4000g springs and yes, I can tell the difference. I don't think any other company offers an extender at that degree of tension.
The key is make sure the springs are still compressed once the device is on. It's normal for the springs to slowly decompress as you wear it (as long as it's not because the device slipped), in fact, that's exactly what you want. That means that the tension has bee properly applied to your burrito and the extender is dong it's job.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

I’m wondering if it’s time to add another little section to the springs. It’s only been about 10 days but after using the extender I took a NPEL measurement and it was .25” larger with maybe only a six out of 10 EQ . I have been in in plateau for the last four months with zero growth so maybe this is stored up games but it seems pretty dramatic . When I put the extender on now the rods don’t seem to still be compressed, the video suggests adding a .25” section after 54 hours and I may be only at 25, but I have to keep pulling more of the head over the end of the extender to keep the tension tight .
BTW I tried the infant sock and it’s very comfortable, But seems to slip a little more than the gauze
Tell experts out there should I go up a quarter inch and see what happens?

Well, this may sound weird but I'm getting a huge stretch without much of the springs being engaged at all. In other words, I put it on, it extends all the way out to where the springs are barely engaged...Originally posted by Ultimate Burrito View PostThe key is make sure the springs are still compressed once the device is on.
LOL. Is that possible?
It's only been a week, and I think I'm already seeing some growth, wtf. Raging morning wood that's definitely been turned up a notch since using the extender - at least visually, seemingly longer/thicker; wife was like wtf. haha.
It really doesn't seem to take much for me; at least for now. Sort of like how a few weeks into my conditioning routine I made very rapid/large gains in my flaccid length and thickness.
I'm just about done with the initial 90 days so maybe my dick is primed for growth now? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Last edited by Dr Nemo; 04-25-2018, 09:25 AM.

I was feeling the same as far as the good stretch but the spring being maxed out. I added a 1/4” piece and have been wearing it about an hour now and it’s not a dramatic difference in feel, but you can tell there is more tension on your unit.
It maybe time you add a piece to yours too. I’m only wearing mine about 3 hours a day but there is a noticeable difference already

Thanks, makes sense. I'm going to go very slowly. Using only as much tension as I need to make gains.

Just to elaborate on this. I have spent a good deal of my life under iron in the gym. I've played high level ice hockey most of my life and am a lifelong sprinter.
And I have often noticed that I work out less and often less hard than other folks who never seem to make gains - they do the exact same thing, day in and day out; they look the same, they seem about where they were years ago. They spend huge amounts of time in the gym; and always look like they're training too hard.
I often change up my training routine (depending upon time of year, what I'm training for, etc.) - I often proceed up in weight slowly but steadily, rather than trying to go heavy with a movement I've not done in some time; I leave the gym (as Big Al says) feeling refreshed, not beaten to death. That way I come back fresh the next day.
I always make good use of my time in the gym; and I never spend more than 30-40 minutes in a training session.
And yet, I continually make gains. Partly because I have good genetics for explosive muscle strength gains as well as size; I swear I can just gaze upon weights and my muscles grow, lol.
But it's mostly because I am never rushed; I always know I can come back tomorrow; I perceive slight injuries BEFORE they happen, so I can prevent full-blown ones; I know my body very well and am continually aware of what is going on; I never try to kill myself with time or volume or weight; I always change things up when I get less feedback wrt growth/explosive power.
So, I'm taking that same approach to PE. Hope it works; so far it has wonderfully!
Thought I'd share this in case it might help someone else.

I agree that it’s important to know your body but I also know that you have to have proper form and technique for the muscles to respond. Having also spent most of my life under iron and gaining an advanced certification in personal training as well as my first two years in college as a premed student it is important to stress the cells properly get them to respond properly and that means tension.
Bench pressing 50lbs will not likely stress the muscles enough if your accustomed to lifting 150lbs. Unless you One of the other factors such as duration frequency or intensity. Since both my duration ( about three hours a day ) and frequency ( weekdays ) are limited I have to make the best use of the time that I have by increasing the weight or intensity.
I’ve also seen no growth since January so I’m really ready to see some additional success.
Been three or four days now since I upped extender by a quarter of an inch and it seems to really be working well.
The tension is a little more noticeable but it’s not Uncomfortable or painful so for me it was the right move at the right time

So it’s been about three weeks since I posted here last and I’ve upped my inserts by .75 from the beginning suggested size. I measured yesterday and have seen a 1/4” increase in BPEL putting me at 6.5”as well as 1/8” in BPSFL at 6.75”.
I have found the comfort pad and infant sock to alleviate all discomfort when around the house. I have been wearing to work but can only wear the infant sock with the bare strap to keep it discreet, always in the down position. The first couple weeks I would log 2-4 hours a day but this last week wearing to work I have been getting around 6-8 hours and I think that is optimal.
Hoping to hit ST goal of 7” by October which would be my 1 year mark for all PE and 1.1” growth. Would also like to be 5.25 MEG which would be a .25” increase
Thanks Burrito for the guidance and encouragement. The QEP helped me break thru my first plateau!

Dude, I am so excited about your gains! Congrats bro!!! I love the comfort sock method. I actually use foam pipe insulation instead of the comfort pad but either works. Don't be surprised if you see girth gains as well in the near future. If you do a google search for "quick extender pro progress log pegym" you will find my progress log from when I was heavily using the extender and the rate of gains I saw, total hours worn and when I added extension rods. Also, consider making a "homemade jelq device" it's cheap and easy to construct, just need 3 items. That is the only way I jelq now.Originally posted by BB7+ View PostSo it’s been about three weeks since I posted here last and I’ve upped my inserts by .75 from the beginning suggested size. Quick extender pro or Penimaster Pro?
Is vacuum less reliable than this type of engineering?
and is the Phallosan the ONLY non bulky one that can be worn under clothing throughout the day?09-03-2016: BPEL: 6.5 EG: 5.0
04-16-2019: BPEL: 7.1 MEG: 5.19

An update to my QEP progress.
Since April 20 th I’m up to just over 6 5/8 so still seeing gains. I’m hoping to be at 6 7/8 or more by October which would be 1 full inch in 1 year. I have been adding a .25” rod every 120 hours or so. Also found with the right slacks I can wear it at work which has helped me get the 6-10 hours logged a day. It is without the comfort pad as that makes your cock head look like 3 in Wide in t It pants and is surely not discreet. Here are the measurements in the last few months.
I’m really please this helped me break my plateau after the newbie gains.
3-20 No change 1-20
QEP
Started 4/12/18
6.25” Bpel
6.67” BPSFL
5.0 Meg

5/20/18
BPEL 6.5”
BPSFL 6.66”
MEG 5”
FL 4.5-5” x 4.5
6-20
Average 5.5 -8 hours a day
BPSFL 6.75
BPEL 6.55
MEG 5
FL best 5.25 average 4.75 x 4.5
7-20
Average 6-9 hours in extender
BPSFL 6 7/8
BPEL 6 5/8
Meg 5
8-20
Avg 6-9hours in extender 5 days a week
BPSFL 6 7/8
Meg 5
Bpel 6 5/8 maybe 9/16
I have also been doing about 50-100 dry slow jelq squeeze things a day 1 to bring blood back in when the QEP is removed, and to try to get some of the elusive girth growth. I have always heard go for length first then girth, but I’m getting a little impatient with 0 girth gains in 10 months so may up my routine and get the power jelqer made as UB describes above.
Thanks to all the community for all the good advice
