Definitely don't wanna rush the rods. It's really trial and error. A balance between a good stretch and comfort. There were many times where I added extra rods and then removed them. Usually had to give myself another week or two.Originally posted by RS25 View PostHi guys,
First of all thank you guys for all the great tipps, especially with the children's sock is great (Thx Burrito)! I got a quick question and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this:
I've been using the Quick extender pro now for 3 month with lackluster results (I started out with a NBPEL at 6,2" and read that the bigger you are, the slower the progress). Usually I wear the QEP around 6-7 hours for 3 days and then having a rest day.
2 days ago it was time to add another rod, which I did, but it felt like the length is too much now (my glans is getting numb after 30 minutes, so I have to remove the QEP for a break). Normally I can wear the QEP for 2 hours without a problem, so 30 minutes is rather short. Then I decided to remove the last rod and go back to my previous length before the last additional rod and I still feel a good stretch, even though I already was at this length for the recommended 56 hours.
So my question is, what would you guys do? Wear the QEP until you feel no stretch and then keep adding? I feel like I hit a plateau and was curious if someone else, using the QEP, does know what to do.
Kind regards,

thanks for posting this i am waiting for the delivery of the quick extender pro. the peni master pro is a real pain to apply with the latex parts and using the suction ball to get the glans into this chamber part. I am looking forward to not having that to deal with .. i will try using the gauze as demonstrated here. thanks for the tips!

I personally use the screws. I think it works for me because I'm a grower, so I stretch a LOT! When I first get strapped into my QEP the springs are typically compressed to the first mark. In about 10 minutes or so the springs have just about gone back to the 'zero' line. I then unscrew the rods about 8mm, again the springs compress to about the fist mark. Wait another 10 minutes or so for it stretch out again and then repeat. I do this 3 times, so by the time I am finished I have unscrewed the rods a total of 24mm (15/16"). One very important thing to note is that I secured the threaded rods into the base with lock-tite so that the threaded rod does not come unscrewed from the base.Originally posted by foranon25 View PostHey thanks pedanny! Do you ever use the screws to extend the length, or do you just add another piece?
**edit**
Once I get to the point where I have unscrewed the rods to 24mm AND by the end of my extending session the springs have gone back to the 'zero' mark, this is the point where I will add in a 0.5cm rod extension.Last edited by Cunny Linguist; 03-21-2021, 07:33 AM.

Question:
Should I be extending at at least my erection length?
It’s odd to me that during this adaptation phase I’m spending all these hours “stretching” at a length this is sub BPEL.
How is this beneficial?Follow my QEP progress:

It is.
Just follow the program and add length only when your shaft is very loose in the extender from the 1st set.

Thanks for uploading the video! So after 3 months we're supposed to only add rods after every 112 hours huh. That seems like a pretty long time but better safe than sorry I guess.Originally posted by pedanny View PostSure, I uploaded here. Only those of us with the link can view. Hope it helps.

I have a question regarding penis veins for anyone who has used their QEP for several months. So for me, there are basically 3 types of veins on the head of my penis (note: the skin covering my penis head doesn't retract) while wearing my QEP:
1) normal veins
2) soft bulging veins (this is when veins are protruding more than normal but if you press on them you can easily squish them flat)
3) hard bulging veins (this is when veins are protruding more than normal but if you press on them they feel solid and you can't squish them flat without removing the QEP)
So for my first 2-3 months I just had normal veins when using my QEP, but after that soft bulging veins started appearing. I just ignored these veins and continued wearing my QEP normally. But more recently I've started getting hard bulging veins which have me kind of concerned. I tried taking a break for several days to see if that would help but when I tried putting on my QEP, I again got hard bulging veins.
Does anyone else have experience getting 'hard' veins on their penis while wearing your QEP? And is this something I should be concerned about? Thanks.

j5walter, the 'hard' veins you are talking about, where are they? Do they run along the sides of your penis in a straight line? If so, that is actually the Fundiform ligament.

Hey. The 'hard' veins are on the head of my penis. I've uploaded an image here https://pasteboard.co/JVSyrebJ.png . Note: the locations of the hard and soft veins in the image often swap (so the soft vein near the bottom of my head can turn into a hard vein, and the hard veins at the tip and back of my head can turn into soft veins).Originally posted by Cunny Linguist View Postj5walter, the 'hard' veins you are talking about, where are they? And to further clarify, these hard and soft veins only appear when I'm wearing my QEP and I don't experience any pain or discomfort either on the veins themselves or in my penis head or my penis in general. I'm just worried that these veins are an indication that too much blood is being cut off from my penis head by the QEP's noose, which I assume could cause an injury.
Any thoughts on whether or not the veins are an indication of something going wrong? Thanks.

The link for the image doesn't work, but it sounds like it's just veins that have blood in them that is cut off because of the strap.Originally posted by j5walter View PostHey. No, it's not typically dangerous for short periods of time. When your glans starts to get cold and/or numb, that's a good time to remove the QEP, take a break and do some massages to restore blood flow.Originally posted by j5walter View PostYeah, I think that sounds about right. So is it dangerous to trap blood in veins like that?
