Compress the extender, strap it down and make sure the noose doesn't slip. If the springs fully extend right away, add another small rod. It's okay if the springs extend a little when you initially put it on. After an hour of wear the springs will likely be fully extended due to stretching and shifting. Rinse, wash, repeat.

I just asked you about this in your progress log so feel free to ignore that. I looked at your pics in the extender and it looks exactly like how I have it on with all three etched clearly visible.Originally posted by Ultimate Burrito View PostCompress the extender, strap it down and make sure the noose doesn't slip. You’re obviously very stretched out in the pic as well which is what I’m like too. I might be able to add another small bar but there’s no way I could add enough so that when I release after compressing that two lines are still covered much less three.
Sorry but I’m not doubting what anyone is saying or trying to be difficult, I just can’t see how it’s physically possible. If I saw a pic of someone getting a good stretch AND had the three etched lines covered then maybe the visual would help me understand it better?
I don’t know...I’ve had good success short term, three months, but I obviously want to give myself the best chance at continued growth

If you have at least one line covered when you release it then you have tension on your penis and enough rods. Your not going to have all three lines remain covered after strapping in and releasing it. It's even unlikely that you would have 2 completely covered. From there you use the adjusting screws to compress the springs further to cover the other lines. When I strap into and release my extender it's only compressed to just below the first line and then I adjust the screws to increase it. Extending is low tension over long periods of time so don't expect to have the same amount of stretch that you would feel doing it manually. I think your on the right track and it's just a matter of playing around with the adjusting screws now. You want to start off light so don't shoot for having all the lines covered for now.Originally posted by Erock28 View PostYou’re obviously very stretched out in the pic as well which is what I’m like too. Thanks for the follow up Cavalier. I was misunderstanding what was being said earlier.
The three lines are always covered up for me when I compress the extender to strap in. I was thinking that the three lines should still be covered when I release after getting strapped in.
I’m getting a really good stretch when I release so I’m feeling much better about what you were saying before.October 9th, 2019 - 17.5cm x 15cm BEG

Needing some assistance with the QEP. Got it today and I am having a hard time with it. For the measurement am I supposed to take BPEL or NBPEL? There is not way I can dig this down to my pelvic bone with my fat pad. I am using it as it came and turning the nobs until I feel a decent stretch. It is not close to my BPEL but a little more than my flaccid length. Is this correct?
I dont think there is a way I can put it to my full 6.5 BPEL...
Just want to make sure I am using it correctly.

I also cannot get the springs to depress at all. I try to force it down but it never goes down. I cannot push it to my pelvic bone with a 2 inch fat pad. The pain is unbearable. Am I just to fat still to wear this damn thing?
Do the springs have to be depressed to get a stretch? Right now I am putting it on and just adjusted the knobs until I feel a stretch.
I feel like this is more complicated than it should be.

Just follow the instructions. Use the bone pressed measurement. Initially you will not feel much of a stretch. There is an adjustment period. Just follow the guidelines and trust the program.Originally posted by Reapso View PostNeeding some assistance with the QEP. Got it today and I am having a hard time with it. You're doing it wrong. You shouldn't have to screw the rods. Did you follow the instructions?Originally posted by Reapso View PostI also cannot get the springs to depress at all. I measure 6.5 BPEL but I have a pretty large fat pad. NBPEL would be closer to 5. I cannot push the springs down to full compression even if I damn near cause brushing.
I fear i may be taking me BPEL wrong or something. I push down until there is no more resistance.... not sure what I am doing wrong.

Trial and error and I guess this extender just will not work for me. The springs are so difficult to fully compress. Even if I manage to get it compressed and the noose tight I let go and the springs fully decompress so no stretch.
I feel it has to do with my large fat pad and small flaccid size. Out of ideas to make this thing work. I thought it was one of the easier extenders on the market.

I now feel like I have been scammed by this company. If any of you have made gains using this I guess you are lucky. The spring system does not work for me at all. It's impossible for me to compress the system while I have it on my pubic bone. No matter how short or long I make the rods as soon as I let go it extends past the three notches on the spring bar. Very disappointed and will likely never get a return on my money as I have read the customer support is just non existent.

what are the things called, the internal spring not the extention rods but the tre bars or rods, when you push down the device and then let go, it will streh. how much is the mark.
how do you know how much you need to push down the device to get a specific tention? also my flaccid penis is very small, do i need to stretch my pens out to the max before putting in my penis in the devie.
if i use the custom size calculator, i will wear my device while 10cm, but i can stretch it 10 14, and my bpel is 14,5.
do i need to stretch my penis to 14.5 or longer before putting my penis inside? or i will not get a stretch because my flaccid penis will vary a lot. from 2 inh flaccid to 4 inch flaccid or more i dont know.

when pushing down or compressing the internal springs or the springs there is 3 springs? or marks? how much is the first mark or second or third mark equal in tention. i know its 3500g total, but how much should i push down, or how much springs should i cover or push down to to get a specific tention, i am a beginner and i dont know how muh tentions i should i apply

Appreciate all tips I have read in here, have had device for almost 2 months now. Unfortunately haven't seen any gains but then again have not seen any gains with any other products I have tried either. Will keep with it and hopefully see signs of progress soon. Curious, does anyone use their bathmate and then use the QEP right after?Discouraged but never giving up 💯
