  • Another tip on reverse kegels, is that you may feel slightly light-headed when engaging it properly. This is due to the reduction in BP to the head r/t to the increase in volume in the abdomen.
In the forward progress of society and feminism, masculinity (in my opinion) has failed to adapt. This has resulted in the figurative emasculation of many men. PE is not just about gaining size, it is also about gaining confidence, but most importantly embracing and learning healthy masculinity.

Don't worry about your abs as long as you're NOT straining yourself.

You can also do a front reverse kegel which is described in the OP.

You might also find this exercise of interest. https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...se-kegels.html
Ahh, I thought I was doing a front one. I think I want to do a front one, you say they're usually the ones out of whack. I've been doing jp90 a bit and in that it involved kegels but no reverse, so I want to correct this imbalance.

So, I understand everything except point 3.

"Focus on pushing out the muscle at the base of your penis (where your penis meets your body) while keeping the rest of the pelvic area as relaxed as possible. It can help to visualize the muscle expand like a balloon. This can cause your penis fill with blood giving you a flushed flaccid."

"The muscle at the base of your penis", is this under / near your balls? Or do you mean above (as if you were looking down).. Just so I understand this better, Is it A, B, C, or D on this diagram? delete insta.jpg

Thanks! I always thought I was doing something wrong to feel light headed.

          D. It's the muscle (BC muscle) that wraps around the inner part of the penis (the bulb).

It's the same action as when you take a piss.

If you think your pelvic floor is out off balance you should read up on this for a better understanding. https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...r-balance.html

          • Hi, two questions I have only been doing normal kegels and I feel tension around my groin area(focused too much on normal kegels?) and think this would help balance it, is this correct? and what I currently do is : force the pee out kegel(front reverse kegel?) and stop pee midstream kegel(unsure of correct term) I do 50/50 % of each. Should i add back reverse kegel and focus mainly on reverse kegels for a while to balance things out? if not please tell me.
            Thanks

            • i got a question, so when i front RK, my lower abs tense up no matter how light the RK feels. and my breathing is a bit more segmented, not in a normal breathing flow if you know what i mean. also sometimes i accidentally fart.

am im doing front RK right?

              thankyou for ur guy's advice!

              • Stoping pee is a way of finding the muscle but not recomended long term.
James this is normal and should improve with practise.

What you're doing know sounds fine but I would also do pelvic stretches to help with the tension. Basically target your reverse kegels where you feel the tension.

That's fine as long as you're not straining.

                    • For those of you who seem to have the RK figured out well, do you feel like you could easily last as long as you want no matter how intense the feeling is?

Basically you start of in a natural relaxed state (we'll call it neutral)

So from neutral you do a front reverse kegel (then you hold it for however long you decide, 3sec, 5sec, 10 sec or longer if you like and you're able)

Then when you've finished that hold you relax back to neutral for basically the same amount of time as you did the front kegel.

Then from neutral you do a back reverse kegel this time and hold for the same amount of time before going back to neutral.

Then it's just rinse and repeat.

                          • ok so if im getting u right, after you do a 10 sec rk you slowly reduce the pressure of the kegel for 10 seconds untill your back to neutral?

                            • Basically you start relaxed then > front reverse kegel > relax > back reverse kegel > relax > front reverse kegel > relax > back reverse kegel, and so on and so on.

                              • i have a few questions,

                                1. I can hold strong front kegels and for good duration but when i do some part of my PC muscle also moves? Is it okay?

                                2. Whenever i try to isolate my PC muscle by doing back kegel, first my bc musles moves and than i tap the pc muscle. Meaning i have to do a front kegel first in order to achieve the back kegel? what am i doing wrong? I can perfectly distinguish the two muscles by their movement.

                                3. When i am doing front kegel, although it is strong enough but if i do back kegel with it simultaneously, my grip becomes stronger on front kegel! can i use the energy of both muscles to perform DO?, since using my PC musle while contracting my BC gives me better strength.

                                4. I cant seem to stretch my bc muscle while doing a front reverse kegel. There is no movement. I can only imagine the balloon feeling and it makes me feel that it is moving. In real there is no movement. I have put my finger there while doing front reverse kegel but couldnt find anything moving. While in the case of front, back kegel and reverse back kegel, i can feel the muscle moving. I tried to discern the movement of Bc musle while urinating, but i didnt find any movement. How do i know for sure i am stretching the BC musle.

                                5. like in doing back kegel, first my bc muscle tigthtens and then my PC, same is the case with back reverse kegel. Although as i mentioned in Q4 i cant dicern the movement of my bc muscle while doing front reverse kegel. so i am only assuming it moves first before pc musle moves. is this normal?

                                Thats it for now
