      3. When i am doing front kegel, although it is strong enough but if i do back kegel with it simultaneously, my grip becomes stronger on front kegel! can i use the energy of both muscles to perform DO?, since using my PC musle while contracting my BC gives me better strength.

      4. I cant seem to stretch my bc muscle while doing a front reverse kegel. There is no movement. I can only imagine the balloon feeling and it makes me feel that it is moving. In real there is no movement. I have put my finger there while doing front reverse kegel but couldnt find anything moving. While in the case of front, back kegel and reverse back kegel, i can feel the muscle moving. I tried to discern the movement of Bc musle while urinating, but i didnt find any movement. How do i know for sure i am stretching the BC musle.

      5. like in doing back kegel, first my bc muscle tigthtens and then my PC, same is the case with back reverse kegel. Although as i mentioned in Q4 i cant dicern the movement of my bc muscle while doing front reverse kegel. so i am only assuming it moves first before pc musle moves. is this normal?

      Thats it for now
      1. Isolation comes with time and practice, there is generally no problem that the part of your PC muscle moves. As you practice more and more your body will get better at isolating.

      2. It takes time and practice, don't force this, just practice with the intention of doing front or back reverse kegel and it will come in time.

      3. The techique of using a root lock (back kegel) to assist the front kegel is a good idea in the beginning, how ever with sufficient strenght of the kegel you really should not have much need to do that.

      4. Do a slight kegel before doing a reverse kegel, you should feel the movement, again in time it will be easier.

      5. Those muscles all the part of plevic floor muscle group, and usually they should work together seameslly so it is compleletelly natural. Isolation will come with time and practice.

The reason you feel more of a stretch on the back of the pelvic floor is because their the bigger muscles so you get more movement out of them.

The BC is small compared to the PC and it wraps around the bulb of the penis so you won't feel it like the stretch you get from the back. If you stand up and take the middle and index fingers from both hands and place them in at the base of the penis and then do a front kegel you'll feel the BC contract and then if you do a front reverse kegel you should feel the muscle go loose, if you feel that then you're doing a front kegel.

        • i have found my Bc muscle and can isolate it

This is how i found it

It is told that when you pee u use your bc muscle. I laid down on my back, i knew i had lill urine in my bladder. So i tried to pee while laying down. Not like actual pee, i stopped it as soon as i knew it would come out and tried to hold it. I repeated this procedure a couple of times until i got accustomed to the feeling and the pressure i need to apply to bring out pee so i can apply it when there is no pee. For people having difficulty i would suggest experimenting with a lill pee inside. Dont push too hard. This is my personal observation. If you think it makes sense for u i can provide in a lill more detail on this.

Also many beginners have difficulty finding any movement in Bc muscle when they are performing front reverse kegel. I am also a beginner i was unable to isolate the bc muscle. Couldnt feel anything happening there. I read Here in this post about pelvic stretching exercise. Take a look at that list of exercise and do a reverse kegel while performing each exercise. You will definitely notice the movement of ur Bc muscle while performing any one of the exercise. u just have to find the pelvic stretch exercise in which u feel ur bc muscle moving. U can perform front reverse kegel while pulling that pelvic stretch exercise and know for sure that ur doing the front reverse kegel workout. Also doing reverse kegels in combination with these pelvic stretching exercise is extra beneficial as mentioned in this forum

Hope this clarifies things a bit.

Also i am not plagiarizing anything. If this information is already available , full credit goes to that person for this.

          This is my personal observation

          • Yeah i actually had the same realization, that the front RK was easier to "notice" when i had to pee.

I had sex recently with a pretty full bladder, and i actually last longer than normal and i think this may be the reason why, it was easier to engage that RK

            • Imac can u please tell if urinary incontinence in men is due to weak front kegel or front reverse kegel??
in other words which exercise should one do to stop incontinence? front kegel or front reverse kegel??

can urinary incontinence and Prem_E occur simultaneously?

                • Incontinence is associated with a weak pelvic floor but their are other causes of incontinence but I'm not an expert on urinary problems.

If you're experiencing incontinence and Pre e together then obviously you don't need me to answer that question.

                  • Imac, I got one issue. Whenever I get aroused, I feel that my body tightens the front PC part (it holds a front kegel). A while back, I did front reverse kegels, but I started experiencing somewhat incontinence (the urine didn't left the uretra, but I felt it going through it, I don't know if you get me). And while edging it was worse, since I had this urge, but instead I ended up ejaculating really fast (it was like the body mixed both things). My back rk is pretty good, and I've been practicing it with meditative kegels, but I don't know what to do with my front part, since I think this is also a major part in my problem. Do you have any idea?

                    Thanks in advance.

Were you doing hard RK's or straining? And you felt the need to urinate while edging? I've never heard of that before, I heard of people feeling the need to pee or pee a little bit when doing hard front reverse kegels with a full bladder but I haven't heard of this while edging.

I mean when you pee it isn't just a simple matter of relaxing your muscles, your full bladder sends a signal to the brain that it's full and when you're ready your brain sends a signal to your bladder to contract while relaxing your bladders sphincter allowing the urine to flow when you relax your muscles. At least that's my basic understanding of the process.
Maybe your brains sending mixed signals when you relax those muscles and your body thinks it's time to pee. but I really don't know.

Sorry I can't be of more help but I don't have much knowledge on urinary issues

                      • imac, when I edged I hold a light front rk, but also the feeling went through the day, even if I wasn't practicing the f rk within the rutine. Maybe the muscle kept relaxed and the body thought it was time to pee?

Also, if I ejaculate and go for round 2, I notice all that region really relaxed (this is what I notice now, before while I had this problem I didn't go round 2).

                        • Do you experience this when you do meditative reverse kegels as well?

Are you saying that you feel the urge to pee during the day even when you're not doing any RK's?

No, because with meditative rk's I only do back rk's. I felt that urge trough the day, yes, but this happened a while ago when I was doing a front reverse kegel routine only.

I don't understand why they caused that. Maybe an over active bladder or something and front RK's increased the urge to urinate, I really don't know.

Maybe your body is so used to the tension that it thinks that is it's natural state and when you relaxed that tension you felt the urge to pee because your body wasn't used to your pelvic floor being relaxed and free of tension, perhaps if you continued your body would of reset its self so that a relaxed pelvic floor would be your natural state and the urge to always urinate would of gone. But that's all complete speculation.

                              • Thanks for feedback as usual imac. I tried it with meditative method, and didn't feel this now. Maybe last time I was doing it too strong and overdoing it as well, who knows. Meditative method is an "easier" approach for your Pelvic area, I think. Just did it yesterday for the first time, and a coule of breaths ins, less than 30 I believe. I had sex yesterday and had an awsome experience, and maybe this had something to do with it, since I told you my front part was which I felt tensed whenever I got aroused. Already posted in the meditative thread, along with other things I've been doing.
