    Okay so ive decided to do a progress log.
    Ive been doing rk only routine 30-50 reps, 3 seconds each rep about 2-3 times a day, 2 days on 1 day off for about 2-3 weeks and havent seen any improvement so far. I dont edge much, maybe once a week but i have sex about 2-3 times a week. Should i edge more instead?? As it always has been, the underside of my penis is way way way too sensitive..i can make myself cum by just touching that area within half a minute..thats how sensitive it is. But im not sure what to do about it atm??

    The only downside of rk only routine that i experienced is that i cant stop myself from coming at the last minute as my kegel is not strong..so maybe i was thinking to do kegel 5 sec hold 5 sec release 5 times before every rk session?? Or is that still too much??

      Edge more, focus heavily on ballooning.
      Be wary of kegels if you're going to do them.

        Are you having sex with the same girl?

        If so, and she's ok helping you that seems like better practice than edging more on your own.

          Some people say jelqing makes ur penis less sensitive?? Is it pretty much the same concept as deathgrip edging??

            It's different, jelqing pumps blood into the penis and traps it there, but the tight grip is what probably helps.

              Ok so i edged slowly the other day and only lasted 10 mins but with ponr every minute so it wasnt a good edging session at all. With the disappointment i still carried on with my regular pc muscle exercise routines. Ive decided to add 5 sec kegel holds x 10 then do my usual rk routine. After 2 days, i had sex with my gf, i do not know why but i had my first ponr in 6 minutes which is a miracle :s i normally hit it around 30 seconds or so...and it was a good sex. Moderate pace thrusting and felt good as they say plateau edging. Had sex again last night, first ponr came after 2 mins but only because i was really horny and wanted to bang the fuck oit of my gf. But overall i had sex for 17 mins with 2 ponr !! It was amazing i dont know what ive done to do that :s. I still believe the sensitivity is the problem though. My gf always ask me to take the condom off during sex and when i do , i have ponr in about 1 min. But this still is an improvement as the ponr would come to me as soon as i thrust without the condom. Idont know what is helping my penis to improve?? I was thinking of jelqing but apparently it can make your penis more sensitive so im scared

                That's awesome man congrats!

                It sounds like your routine is working and even tho you hit PONR often while edging you're getting your body used to the idea of going longer.

                It's a process and certainly a slow one but it sounds like you're on the right track.

                  I think you haven't been edging enough. You said 10 mins and ponr hit in min, but that can happen even if your lasting 30 mins plus. Get the thought of ponr=bad out of your head and just edge, when you do hit it just slow down or stop for a min. If your constantly hitting your goal time and lasting with your gf like you did you will improve so much.

                    Hmmm ok well today didnt go so well. Ponr within a minute of bj. And frequent ponr throughout sex too. Naybe i should do regular kegel on one day of my 2 days routine?? Hmm i was really happy the other day should i keep edging without lube?

                      With lube, without, doesn't matter much mix it up. Edging on your own you should have one goal ( other than doing it because you want to ) hit your target. Grip strength, lube, pace intensity doesn't matter once you reach your time. Those things improve after, and you'll see how much easier they do than trying it the other way around.

                        Hi guys ive been edging here and there, without lube and it seems like im back to square one where i reach ponr in about 30 seconds. I never used to have this problem but nowadays i get chafing when i masturbate without lube?? So i was thinking to start using lube when i masturbate but is it worse to do it with lube? Some people say its better because its less sensitive but somepoeple say you gotta do it dry so you get used to the sensations. But what ive realised was the more i masturbate the more sensitive my area gets. Did anyone experience this? And should i edge with lube now??

                          Dude you just have to put in the work.

                          Try with lube, try without.

                          Nothing is good or bad, wrong or right.

                          You just need to approach this as a way to get in touch with your body, it sounds like you're a bit too analytical.

                          Use the info here but realize we're all different and ultimately you have to piece all the info together to form your own solution.

                            Try it with less viscous lube or saliva first. That is what worked for me for edging. I can't do it dry. It kind of hurts.
                            If you are using some viscous lube, try jelqinng first for a while. I use castor oil for jelqing and it has significantly reduced the sensitivity. Also do a lot of penis stretching, bending, squeezing etc., it is good to loosen up penis base muscles and getting used to the intense sensations. After doing all this, I can feel the difference during sex.

                              If you are chaffing yourself, you probably should be using lube. I can't edge without it, it's not enjoyable.
                              I didn't see you mention anything besides a k/rk routine and edging. Are you doing anything else?
                              If sensitivity is an issue maybe try lightly stretching or randomly touching yourself and see it you are kegeling as a response. I have noticed I kegel as a reflex to touch and have been training myself not to do it. It's tough but it's been working.
