Don't isolate as Wishful said. My belief is that many people want contact in real life, but are too shy these days, afraid of imposing on each other. I am pretty sure about it actually. Contact some old friends or someone you like, and ask to meet over a beer or something.

Today wasn't so bad.
Therapy was nice, but I spent the entire session reading conversation between my girlfriend and I to my therapist.

Do you try to focus on girth during your workouts? Or is one workout girth concentrated, next workout will be length? Or you do kind of half/half length/girth exercises routine like JP90 ?2011 | BPEL: 6.2, EG: 5.1 |

I recently started feeling insecure about my NBPEL, but if I lost weight it wouldn't appear so bad.
I would like to reach 7.0'' in length without having to press so hard into my fat pad with a ruler, but I'm also not wanting to risk getting too long and hurting my girlfriend. She already will say "Ow, Too deep".
Plus, I like being able to fully enter her and not have any unusable penis. Some positions I can reach her cervix too.
I just want to see my girth increase, I want to look down and think "I'm happy with the thickness I'm visually seeing".

I finished that hour long bathmate session a while ago, I laid around naked to prevent any clothing related turtling. Stayed normal, not experiencing any turtling, I then got triggered by something (even typing about it just made me lose a little flaccid length.. How weird) and I shrunk a little. Not a lot, but it still happened.
Just shows you how much anxiety can effect your penis.
I can't help but feel like I'm wasting my time doing PE though.
