  • Morning Session

    Notes: Very good sessikn this mornig. Woke up in the mood to stretch so that's what the focus was this morning. After my warmup, I broke out my LengthMaster and got to it. Hadn't done an LAS in a while - I gotta get back to doing those. They are great!! Gonna go back to my P90X-style of workouts - the combination of that with my LJ pumping should produce some good gains - let's hope so

            Notes: Woke up with an absolutely raging boner - hadn't had one in the morning quite like that in a while - talking about a 10.5 on the EQ scale!!; chalked it up to the great jelqing last night and the fact it's been several days since i've had sex! *LOL! Anyway, afer my erection finally subsided, I continued the jelqing sesaion from*last night. *Great session - I think I will jelq more this evening before I pump.

                • Evening Session

                  Notes: Tonight was back to the "basics" of sorts. Went to one of my older, typical routines as a way to shake things up a bit. Just like old times - session went great. I experimented with the heating pad a bit and covered any exposed areas of my cock while I stretched in the LengthMaster. I must say it provided me with one of the best stretching sessions I've had in a while. This is certainly going to be a part of my regular routine now.

                  LengthMaster - 2 sets compass stretches, bundles, twists - hold each stretch approx 1 min (with continuous heat)

                      Notes : Been a while since I was able to get in a proper session - some of it was my choice (wanted to give myself a small detox break), some was schedule induced (work has been HECTIC lately - but in a good way). I usually jump right into it after my usual weekend days off but with the extra days, I decided to ease back into it. I've been doing some mini-work here and there (JAI's in the restroom, some dry jelqs here and there, a couple of flaccid bends when I could get them in) but nothing really significant. So this morning was pure jelqs. With the weekend ALREADY staring me in the face again, I figure I'll keep it light tonight and tomorrow and hit it hard next week.

                          • Yo Danno! Things are good man. Pumping is great, PE is great - it's all great! LOL! Schedule's been a bit wacky lately so I've gone a week with no pumping but hopefully things'll get back on track next week.

                            • Evening Session

                              Notes: Last session for the week and stuck with jelqing. I aimed for 200 and was able to get to 250; at times I took long strokes (4-5 sec) and gave a good tug at the end of the stroke - other times I went fast and with a harder grip. Got a really nice plump out of it - hope the hang stays nice and fat during the day. I DEFINITELY have to get back on track with the LJ next week!

                                Notes: Generally I don't do any PE on the weekends but after being off for an extended period, and for the sessions I have planned this week, I wanted to get an early start. It was a brief session and went very well - LM stretches got good pull on the ligs, jelqs left a nice fat hang.
