  • Evening Session - 5/1

    Notes: Always a heavy routine after a long weekend layoff. And it felt damn good! Kegeling during shakes - do enough of those and you'll be ready to explode in the tube - lol!

    • Evening Session - 5/2

      Notes: No session this morning (stayed up damn near all night watchin' CNN and woke up late) but hang was very full and fat all day. Tonight's session was a bit more old-school; going to a modified routine from back when I originally started 2x daily sessions. Tonight focused on length primarily. LengthMaster saw some overtime and it felt great. Slight turtling that went away as soon as I put on the lube for jelqing. Ended with a light pump session; milking and shakes while doing hard kegels is absolutely fantastic!

      30 min heating pad

      Exercises
      30 min LengthMaster stretches (compass, bundles, twists)
      15 min jelqs - @ 150 standard and V
      15 min VacuTech (milks and shakes)

      • Missed posting this morning's routine so posting both at once.

        Morning Session - 5/3


        Notes: Not a lot of time to really get in a proper session but I woke up with a very fat flaccid and wanted to take advantage of it. I did a little experimenting and pumped at barely 3 Hg for about an hour. The results were better than expected - I was able to inflate pretty good in the short period and I stayed at a semi-erect state for a few hours afterwards.

        Evening Session - 5/3

        Notes: I had planned on continuing with my routine of stretching during the evenings and solid pumping in the morning but I was in a pumping mood so the LJ got the nod - LOL! Excellent session: low pressure pumping for nearly 3 hours. I had to wait a good 20 minutes before I could take the base seal off due to my balls being so damn big after the session. Girth expansion is getting more noticeable - I can't wait to see where my next measurements are.

        It's been a few months with consistent use and I must say that the LongJohnny is an absolutely great cylinder and fits the bill nicely. I get to attack both balls and girth at once and it forces me to keep the levels low, which is better all the way around.

          Notes: Pretty standard routine. Jelqs felt perfect and the VacuTech was a nice finishing set.

          • Morning Session - 5/05

            Notes: With no session last night and a rough night's sleep, I was surprised I woke up with extreme wood this morning. EQ was about a 9 and my balls were pretty full and big, so I decided to make the best of it and run the Goliath this morning. Pretty good session overall - I was able to get good suction and I worked it as if I was pulse pumping for the first 10 min; was a lot of work but went well. The last 10 was straight tube time gradually increasing the pressure. Very good hang and it's starting to work me like the Hercules - a few more consistent session and I may be able to get over the hump with it.

            • It's been nearly two weeks since I've been able to get in a session of any kind .... we'll call it an unscheduled decon break. Been able to spend a lot of time with my gf lately as she's been able to work a contract much closer to my current location. Believe me - I have no issues at all being able to see her damn near everyday, but I do miss PE. I'll be able to get in a session tonight and tomorrow and will be sure to make the best of it.

                It is wierd when you don't do a PE for a couple days you start to miss it like crazy!!

                  Notes: Been a while since I posted to my log so I figured I'd better get back on the ball with my log. After my two week hiatus, I restarted my routine on Sunday and things are just as good as when I stopped. I've followed pretty much my standard routine - LJ at night and VacuTech during my morning session.

                          Yeh man. I figure you won't reach a goal if you don't actually put in the work towards it. Finding time more of an issue lately though but I'm squeezing it in when I can.

                          • Evening Session - 5/22

                            Notes: Wanted to get in a good stretching routine so I brought out the LengthMaster and went to work. Felt great, no turtling and I really put some "umph" behind the stretches. After some shakes and slaps to keep the blood going, slid into the LJ, got a good seal, set the pressure around 3-4 Hg and settled in. Great pump session, no edema, pretty good expansion.
