    Today I have finally hit 4500 minutes (75 hours or 3 days and 3 hours) of PE mark (not counting ads nor edging). Yesterday did 85 mins of manuals during the day, but felt lazy in the evening/night so I went for 4x5 mins air pumping, which for me is pretty much effortless and comfortable for me, followed by 5-10 mins of jelqing. I did some vibe-edging prior to pumping and also did some edging afterwards. I felt like I was able to balance on the edge pretty well.. until I came (I didn;'t want to really)... Anyway during edging I usually try to stay away from kegeling and ponr, but this time I went oiled and fast with tight grip, to make my penis used more to fast thrusting. By the way this is my 12th week of restarted PE. I will make measurements at the end of next week on 18th. Afterwards I will probably go for 2-3 week break.

      Hey guys,

      Ok now about me. I did 75 mins manuals during the day yesterday. In the evening did some vibe-edging and then went into the air pump again for 5 mins at 7-8 inHg. This was enough cause some edema but nothing serious. I then edged wet again (using cream with vitamin E) with tight grip at the speed of 4 strokes per second. I did this continuously for 16 mins. During this time I was erect 90%+ most of the time (sometimes using the thread mentioned above to help EQ, but mainly reading through pegym forums). After 16 mins I started to feel that my arousal level suddenly started to raise and I knew within a minute or so I would be reaching PONR. Once I realized this I stopped immediately and went to sleep.. Basically I am training myself to stay away from IKs during edging also at higher pace. This because I want to be able to last in bed for how long I want and not be limited by my old bad habits.
      Today is a rest day as I mentioned before.
      EDIT: as it is a rest day today I will try to work on the homemade compression hanger v2.0 today after family goes to sleep.
      Also reading through some threads I bumped into ESL40 ads. Looks quite promising and is supposed to be really stealth. I will try to create one for myself as I have quite a lot of silicone caps from aliexpress currently.

          Well I get what you're saying and I think I will go eventually the suggested way. I actually have no problem to get aroused from imagining myself with wife. I just love to watch good looking women in general. Not only on pictures but also on street, shopping centers. It is just too much pleasurable for my eyes. Not speaking purely sexually now.

            Of course...we men are visual...I get it and have been down that road. For me, IMHO, I want to be careful that I don't set my affections or unrealistic expections on my wife such as "Why can't my wife look like her?" or "Why can't my wife be as sexy as blah blah?"

              yes I know exactly what you are saying. After going through tens of pages of that thread I had to stop and realize that the women I am looking at are not the "normal" women we see around. Also many of the pictures are photoshoped and the scenes, angles and poses are carefully prepared so they look their best.
              I like this argument. Made me really reconsider this. I am stopping immediately with looking at those pictures and will see where it takes me.

                Thank you for considering another view. Our imaginations are extremely powerful...we need to learn to harness it. There is no limit we can do...my wife doesn't like oral in real time, she does in my imagination when I edge!

                  Yesterday did just 65 mins of PE - 60 mins manuals (mainly stretching) and 5 mins pumping at high pressure 7-9 inHg.

                  Anyway I did pump yesterday with c-ring on and in 10 mins I had sex with my wife. The ring was not so tight, but after pumping it helped to keep my penis engorged - I didn't measure, but it felt massive in my hand. It was night and lights were off, so my wife didn't know about the ring (also didn't know I was pumping in the next room). Well when I was entering her she told me something like "Sweetie, you have grown a lot!". So I immediately told her it was from the pumping - didn't want to set wrong expectations for the future.

                  Just a note to myself:
                  • pumping right before sex is not good for my stamina (happened 2/2 attempts)


                  Today is a training day, so I will do mainly stretching. Then weekend off and will continue next week. I will report back latest by the end of next week (that's when I will be taking measurements) if not earlier.

                    Eventually met my best friend on Friday and drank about 350ml of rum and 2litres of coke that night. Since Sunday I am ill (caught some virus). I was too tired to PE today. I will get back to PE on Wednesday (will do 3 days in row till Friday). Then I will take measurements on Sunday. I am expecting some losses rather than gains this time
                    I still haven't fully decided whether to take 2 weeks off afterwards or not.

                      I did 10 min stretching and I decided to measure my BPFSL as I haven't done that in a while. To my surprise I saw 19.4cm (7.64") which is my new all time high (I didn't even apply any heat to my penis today which usually makes it more stretchable). Also didn't even have to pull so hard.. At least one positive news. I have time and energy so I decided to exercise lightly today.

                          Thanks Ujjayi. I was quite surprised to see that given I didn't even apply any heat to my penis on that day. It usually makes it even more stretchable (I put this information now in my previous post as well). However until it translates into BPEL I am not satisfied. I actually got drunk this month twice and so far did just 1108 mins of PE. Which is not that much as I wanted to do, but still I will probably be able to exceed my first month where I did 1263 mins of PE in total (given I have still 4 more training days to go (including Monday)). So I don't expect much this month - I rather hope I don't lose anything.

                            ok... so on Wednesday I did 60 mins of stretching including pretty intense 20 min stretching in the evening with toiler paper.
                            A little bit about my stretching:
                            When I stretch I use baby wipe (they are moist, but I always let them dry before using - I usually reuse one for couple of days) and I do it most of the times sitting. When I have time and privacy I also sometimes use toilet paper and do it while standing - when standing I am able to pull more to all the sides (up, down, left, right). Also toilet paper provides a better grip (more friction) so I can pull a bit more. But as I said, I mainly stretch sitting. I do it along my inner thighs which is basically almost straight out.
                            Anyway on Thursday I woke up and there was a spot in my foreskin (or shaft skin, not sure it was somewhere between) where I felt pretty sharp pain. Especially when touching it. Nothing terrible really, but easily noticeable. Also my foreskin looken a bit swollen. So yesterday I did only about 20 mins stretching during the day and eventually did 40 mins of jelqing in the night before sleep.
                            I have a feeling that sleeping with my penis between my legs may be causing the edema in my foreskin, but not sure. Last night I didn't do that still I have a feeling my foreskin is somewhat thicker than usual. Maybe I am overtraining, maybe I need a break. I will PE a bit today and then we will see. Maybe a 2 week break is really what I need now.

                            Also yesterady night after I finished jelqing I decided to release. I realized I haven't done that in a while (over a week). I also realized I don't have need to release that much anymore since I started edging without cumming.

                              3 MONTHS UPDATE

                              Today I was able to do 55 mins of stretching. This means I managed to do more minutes of PE than in the first month, but far less than in the second one. But this month was also a bit shorter for me as I feel my penis needs break. I will probably leave my penis "alone" for next two or three weeks and then will carry on.

                              So.... It's been almost 3 months since I restarted my PE.
                              Given I won't be training anymore in this month here are some stats for the last month (20.10. - 16.11.):
                              Training days: 17
                              Minutes of PE per training day (average): 76
                              Total PE time last month: 21 hours 23 minutes (1283 minutes) (edging times not included - I don't count edging as proper intense training)
                              Time spent in vac ads: 0 hours 0 minutes (I decided to give up on this for now due to edema and glans pain)
                              This month all I did was mainly stretching really. I did pumping maybe three times and a bit of jelqing and vibe-edging. I didn't hang even once. But I am considering hanging purely after my break. But maybe prior to hanging I might give penis extender a go.
                              I will measure on Sunday 18th and will update this post and bump this thread with some new message.

                              EDIT: changed stats after remeasuring on 21.11.
                              BPEL: 17.7cm = 6.97"
                              MEG: 13.7cm = 5.4"

                              I will finish a two week break (I will try to resist urge to PE) and will carry on.

                                EDIT: this is an obsolete post (I measured a day after with more consistent and slightly different results).
                                So did measure today (BPEL 17.6cm / 6.93", MEG 13.8cm / 5.43") . I might try to repeat tomorrow as I was not much "in mood" today. However I am not expecting any bigger numbers. I will measure again at the end of my break.
