Hey downlow, i am currently on jelq free with big al, done about 4 weeks now, i have had a sore base from the side to side and had to take a rest, how long does a typical session take you?
mines around this: 15mins warm up, 50-60 x 5 sec squeezes and 400-570 reps of side to side and 20minutes of edging.
I feel that kegeling and my PC muscle is weak at holding a given length.
But glad to see you working hard, i will work hard too! Currently doing a 1/1 sort of routine but may change it to 2/1 or 3/1 next week cause i have been slacking the past week,
