  • My PE Exercise - 10/04/2020 (9th day of the 14 day cycle)

I'm taking the day off to allow my micro tears to heal.
I am warming my member (with a heat pad) throughout the day along with complementary sets of:

-Stretching in all four directions with deep breathing(1x)
-Stretched Kegels with deep breathing (10x, 3 seconds)
    -Fire goat rolls (1 minute)
-Pressured pulses & Base blasters (10x of each)
    -NoPron-Edging (5min x1)
    -Pumping (45sec x1)
Less is MORE. Health over gains.
    EQ: Pretty Hard (8.5) Increase
Circulation: Good (No coldness or numbness)

Pi's: Mostly +'s, Decreased night and morning wood, Aesthetical Discoloration
Hard Flaccid/Turtling/Pelvic Floor Tightness/Sore Ligs: NF, NT, NPF, SL
Rest to PE Ratio (14 day average, 1 or below is good, two or above is bad): 9:5, 1.8

This is a great article that discusses why porn addiction is as serious as drug addiction (as shown by countless studies):
Start here: Evolution has not prepared your brain for today's porn - YBOP

Less is MORE. Maximize EQ & Circulation for the most consistent recovery periods.
A Lack of EQ & Circulation could result in an injury later on down the road. Injuries are detrimental to progress.
    --------------------------------------------------------------
Since my Rest to PE Ratio is still 9:5 (1.8), I do not think my penis will be conditioned enough for an increase in weight/tension by the 14th day of this cycle. What is good about this, is the fact that I can recognize that my penis is UNDERCONDITIONED for the given parameters. I will need to give my penis time to catch up to the current parameters and adjust to the overload.

Sore pelvic floor, and my rest to PE ratio is 10:4, 2.5. This means that according to the current pace at which I am doing PE and taking break days, my penis is under conditioned by a considerable amount. That being said, modifications to my PE regiment wont be happening soon, a modification MAY occur at the end of the next 14 day cycle if my rest to pe ratio is 7:7, 1 or better.

        No PE, busy

My PE Exercise - 10/09/2020 (11th day of the 14 day cycle)

*Working on improving my EQ & Circulation to shorten recovery time, with the main priority being placed on micro tearing.
*I am only applying myself to this workout when I am fully flaccid, if I reach any type of an erection I slow down and wait it out, before resuming.
*Also hanging should be done BTC (behind the cheeks).

Jelq, Hang, Squeeze, Kegel, Pump, and Extend Regiment
(targets tunica & smooth muscle, 55/45%):
1)10-Minutes – Warm Up (With Heatpad)
WITH the pressured pulse & the base blaster.
        2)Pump & Hold – Only 2 holds at 45 seconds

3)Basic Stretching 2x (left, right, straight out, straight up, left and right circle stretches)
4)Flaccid Bends (5 bends each held for 10 seconds)
5)Clamp Hang 20 min from base @ 6lb with omnidirectional swaying, then Firegoat roll for 2 minutes.
        6)Pump & Hold – Only 2 holds at 45 seconds
7)10-Minutes – Warm Up (With HeatPad)
WITH the pressured pulse & the base blaster.
        8)Pump & Hold – Only 2 holds at 45 seconds
        9)15-Minutes – Wet Jelqing (5 second strokes)

        10)Clamp
Hang 20 min from base @ 6lb with omnidirectional swaying, then Firegoat roll for 2 minutes.
        11)3-Minutes – V-Jelqing (3 second strokes)
        12)2-Minutes – Side Jelqing (5 second strokes)& 5-Minutes - Pressured pulse/Base Blaster (10s into 20s cycles)
        13)Clamp
Hang 20 min from base @ 6lb with omnidirectional swaying, then Firegoat roll for 2 minutes.
14)10-Minutes – Warm Down (With HeatPad) WITH the pressured pulse & the base blaster.
        15)5-minute Hydropump
If Rest to PE Ratio is 1 or lower (And your schedule allows for it):
16)Wear the extender @300g force, 24x20min sets, with a 2 minute fire goat roll in between each set (8 hours)

Estimated time to complete: 2 hours, 30 minutes.
Make sure you have something to do during the hanging & warming segments.
ex activity) Work on the computer/play a game/watch online videos.

Less is MORE. Health over gains.

        EQ: 10 (Rock Solid) (Increase)

        Circulation:
        Good (no coldness or numbness)
        Pi's: Mostly +'s,
        Slight Aesthetical Discoloration
Hard Flaccid/Turtling/Pelvic Floor Tightness/Sore Ligs: No hard flaccid, no Turtling, No Pelvic Floor Tightness/Soreness, and no sore ligaments.
Rest to PE Ratio (14 day average, 1 or below is good, two or above is bad): 10:4, above 2
        ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
My schedule is packed with things to do. I am so happy to finally be able to PE this morning.
I woke up with a super hard erection, I haven't felt an erection like this one in a long time. It could have something to do with not pe'ing for a few days. Hmm...

*Reduced hanging weight by 3 lb due to severe discomfort*. I also modified the terminology of the hanging section to better match what is being done in the real scenario. Clamp Hanging can be done by using a clamp to fix your hanging device. The idea is to get penile expansion along with downwards pressure. That way, high pressure is being maintained in the upper shaft and glands for the entire hanging period.

I think I need to emphasize the importance of clamping over hanging in the hang clamping part of my PE Regiment as I cant withstand too much force via hanging. The only way to increase the threshold of pain retention with hanging is by continuing to condition my penis.

The Aesthetical discoloration found on the head of my penis (the glands) is beginning to clear. I suppose this could be due to the fact that I wasn't fully hanging from the base before, and I was also hanging WAYY too much weight off of my penis. Although today is the 14th day of the 14 day cycle that I use, my rest to PE ratio is not 1 or lower, so I will defer all possible measurements until the 14th day of the next 14 day cycle where my REST TO PE RATIO is 1 or lower. Conditioning matters more than gains at the current moment. If my number 1 priority is gaining fast, then I will surely injure myself. Rest to PE ratio is above 3.67 either means my penis is severely underconditioned for the current regiment or I am undertraining. It is likely that I am undertraining as I have many days where I was so busy that I couldn't even enter in a formal journal entry. SPF (Sore Pelvic Floor) is a reoccurring trend, so I should definitely keep that in mind. If the reoccurring SPF symptoms don't clear after the next 14 day cycle, then I should consider reducing the effect of my regiment so that my weak pelvic floor can be accommodated for. My concern here is that I am placing too much force or tension on my pelvic floor. If that is the case, it can not be conditioned very efficiently.

Woke up this morning with perfect EQ, after a 5 day NO PE period. During this 5 day NO PE period I felt tremendous strain and fatigue in my pelvic floor, so it is likely that my PF was over trained or over strained before this mini decon period. This is good to know, as it indicates that I shouldn't be increasing the difficulty of my regiment, any time soon. In fact, if strain in my PF continues for a long period of time, it may actually be wise to decrease the difficulty of my regiment. We will see and decide at the end of this 14 day cycle if our Ratio is below 1. I have all the time in the world to make PE gains, so I want to make sure I am making them safely and efficiently.

On days where I only have a single hour to PE, or on days in which my EQ has decreased sharply, I have negative Pi's or any negative condition, I will employ this mini regiment. This mini regiment is suitable for improving/maintaining penis health, but it is not suitable for packing on gains. I am using this regiment today because I have a time constraint.

                    10)5-minute Hydropump & Kegel
If Rest to PE Ratio is 1 or lower (And your schedule allows for it):
11)Wear the extender @300g force (first line), 12x40min sets, with a 2 minute fire goat roll in between each set (8 hours)

Estimated time to complete steps 1-10: 1.25 hours (
                    approx. 10 hours with extending)
Make sure you have something to do during the warming segments, such as working on the computer, playing a game, etc.

Less is MORE. Health over gains.
                    EQ: 9 (Very Hard) (Decrease)

                    Circulation:
                    Good (no coldness or numbness)
                    Pi's: All +'s

                    Hard Flaccid/Turtling/Pelvic Floor Tightness/Sore Ligs: N/A
Rest to PE Ratio (14 day average, 1 or below is good, two or above is bad): **, definitely above 2
                    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Also, I managed to get in 5 sets of 40 minutes extending, for a total of 3 hours and 20 minutes extended.
Finally have some time to PE today, super stoked.

I have revised my PE regiment because I have noticed that there is no way for me to hang comfortably without a lot of edema fluid buildup, dorsal nerve impairment, or aesthetical discoloration in my penis glands. Not to mention, a 3 hour long session is way too much time (per day) for me and my current lifestyle. I have found manual exercises to be highly efficient and effective. In fact, they are probably the cause of my recent girth gains.

My penis is a very tough penis, so instead of dealing with my penis using tough methods such as hanging, I will instead use lighter and less strenuous methods of dealing with my penis.

The goal of this regiment revision is to establish a clear understanding of which method works best for my body.
V1 Method: High strain over a short period of time
V2 Method: Low strain over a long period of time

The V1 method may work better for some, the V2 Method may work better for some as well.
We don't know which method is optimal for our body until we test it thoroughly.

Our version of the V1 Method appears to be highly inefficient and inflexible. Hopefully we will find the V2 Method to be highly efficient and flexible (ideal regiment).

Also, I am pretty sure that my tunica is the limiting factor right now as my erections have been very strong for the past few weeks or so. Generally when the tunica expands or grows at a rate faster than the rate at which the smooth muscle expands or grows, sustained EQ will decrease and possibly diminish.

                      • Important observations (according to personal experience from pe'ing):

Pe'ing with low tension over a long period of time:

This has been my most effective method of doing PE. Most of my EL and EG gains were made when I employed this strategy. While this has been my most effective method of doing PE, it has also been the most time consuming method.
Two very significant pro's of this method are low chance of injury, and high likelihood of cemented gains.

Pe'ing with low tension over a short period of time:

This method of doing PE is highly inefficient. It is highly inefficient for me because I have a tough penis and I am a hard gainer.
Being a hard gainer, I need to cause micro tears while cementing them as gains at the same time. This can't be done while using a low tension PE regiment that lasts for a short period of time.

Pe'ing with high tension over a long period of time:

This method of doing PE is also highly inefficient because while we can cause micro tears fairly easily using a high tension approach, the penis takes temporary gains, doesn't maintain them, but instead converts the gains into conditioning. Our priority is to cement our gains. It is very difficult to cement your gains and condition your penis at the same time.

Pe'ing with high tension over a short period of time:

This method of doing PE is highly inefficient for us because there is a high likelihood of causing injury, while having little to no cementing properties. This method encourages the build up of scar tissue while maintaining a low rate of micro tear recovery.

                        • My PE Exercise - 10/25/2020 (13th day of the 14 day cycle)

Taking The day off to allow my penis to heal and recover. I am not touching my penis at all, and no exercises are allowed, as I want my penis to gradually decondition itself so that I can further gain. I am not deadline oriented. I am a very patient person that is looking forward to doing PE for a lifetime.
I don't think I should have even initiated a PE session yesterday as there was clear discoloration on the underside of my penis glands (a big no-no).

Less is MORE. Slowly cement your gains. If you are deadline oriented you will plateau and get hurt.

                          • Considering using Deconditioning breaks in order to break my current plateau:

For the past month or so I have not seen any gains despite adjusting the tension of my PE regiment to account for more conditioning and less conditioning.
This being taken into account, I have noticed that a specific negative Pi has persisted throughout the weeks.
The Negative Pi that has persisted over the past few weeks is Discoloration. My discoloration has not cleared over the past month or so, yet I am still continuing to push on wards with my PE sessions. As I am self reflecting, I realize that I am being foolish. I am assuming that by being as consistent as possible with my regiment, I will garner the most gains for all of eternity. This assumption is highly flawed and incorrect. My body will build up a tolerance and resistance against my PE regiment over time, and the only way to destroy that resistance is by taking a deconditioning break. If I were building a brick wall, the period in which I allow for a deconditioning break is the period in which I would allow for the glue and sealant to dry and solidify itself, so that I can build more bricks on top in the future.

I suppose one way to systemize my approach is to take on one cycle of deconditioning per two cycles of PE. Using this approach, I will prevent the resistance that can be built up over time by my own body. Each cycle is worth two weeks.

ex) two cycles on (pe) and one cycle off (deconditioning).

                            Or alternatively recognized as:

4 weeks on PE, 4 weeks off Deconditioning.

I will add a column to my pre session screening block.
The column will look like this:

PE cycles since last Deconditioning Cycle (Ideal Cycle ratio 2:2): More than 2

I will initiate my Deconditioning Cycle tomorrow on 10/26/2020. This cycle will last for two weeks and will end on 11/09/2020. On 11/10/2020 I will return to PE with a fresh set of eyes.

                            • 11/10/2020 Update:

Hello guys! I am back to give a brief update on my deconditioning cycle.
During the first week of my deconditioning cycle I felt tremendous fatigue and pain in my tunica, pelvic floor and ligaments.

Current Stats (after the 2nd week):

                              Easily Achieved EQ: 8 (Hard)
Circulation (0-10, terrible-perfect): 7, Good, but not great.
Stringent Pi's: Decreased Night and Morning Wood, Numbness, and Discoloration on the underside of my glands.
                              Hard Flaccid/Turtling/Pelvic Floor Tightness/Sore Ligs: N/A
Rest to PE Ratio (Running 28 day average, 1 or below is good, two or above is bad): N/A.
PE cycles since last Deconditioning Cycle (Ideal Cycle ratio 2:2): N/A.

So as you can see, two weeks of deconditioning is not enough time spent in order to have my penis fully restart from a clean slate. This means that a deconditioning break has been long over due and I will need to check back in another 2 weeks. Hopefully, in two weeks: my EQ will be 9+, My Circulation will be 9+, I will have consistent night & morning wood, and my glands will be plump, well circulated and sensitized from top to bottom.

I will check back on 11/24/2020. After all, time is on my side.
