    Regiment D1:
(This is a deconditioning regiment that will be used on rest days, and during deconditioning cycles)

No Kegels, No Tunica Exercises, No Smooth Muscle Exercises, and finally, No touching your penis.

I am taking my stringent Pi's very Seriously.

I added a penis massage into the D1 Regiment. It is meant to prevent excessive penis strain and gland discoloration.

The discoloration in my glands is likely due to Lymph fluids being trapped during pumping. The pelvic floor soreness is very mild and subtle, however it can be felt when rocking on my glutes.

I think I may have bruised my dick during sleep. I squirm around a lot when I am sleeping. I noticed bruised glands this morning when I had woken up. On the bright side, I have a noticeably lower flaccid hang this morning.

Feel free to read PeGym articles while doing step 3.

Although steps 1 to 3 should be done at least once a day, doing it a second time in the evening wont hurt.
Step 4 can be repeated throughout the day. In fact if you make a habit out of it, the habit can keep your pelvic floor relaxed and prevent injury.

I have discovered that for many, Pe'ing will consist of negative Pi's on most days in which the person is taking rest. That being said, PE Takes a lot of persistence and consistency in order to see results. If you lack persistence, you will fail. If you lack Consistency, you will fail. IF you lack Discipline, you will fail. Ever since I started this PE journey, my mindset on tackling new problems in life, has totally changed. I have discovered that only seeing things for what they are now, can serious ly debilitate the moral of those who seek greater things. Hindsight does not act as an effective indicator of what is possible, only what is impossible. That being said, it is wise to deal with PE using a humble mindset. If you have humility, your mindset will grow along with your penis. So that even on days where yoour physical penis does not grow in size, your mind is strengthened and your wisdom continues to increase.

Although steps 1 to 3 should be done at least once a day, doing it a second time in the evening wont hurt.
Step 4 can be repeated throughout the day. In fact if you make a habit out of it, the habit can keep your pelvic floor relaxed and prevent injury.
Consistency builds confidence. Humility is wisdom. The patient man is a bigger man.
