    Don't worry about the quick weight loss, that's always been the case for me. I put on weight quickly and lose it quickly. I use some unorthodox methods of diet (currently, anyway, I used to do the 6-meals-a-day thing), but I know my body's limits and won't let myself go beyond what I'm capable of in terms of nutrition and things of the sort. I'm pretty heavy right now too so the quick weight loss is definitely attributed to that, I'm certain it will level out soon.

    p.s. Don't I want to lose adipose tissue? That's just the fat around your stomach, isn't it?

    edit: I did some math here... My weight and waist inches:
    Feb 7 '09: 272 lbs / 48" relaxed waist
    Feb 16 '09: 265 / 45" relaxed waist
    Calculated BF% is at 28.9% on Feb 7, now 25.1% Feb 16... so that's 79 lbs fat on Feb 7 (rounded up), 66.25 lbs of total fat on Feb 16. That's a 12.75 lb fat loss - however, I've only lost 7 lbs from Feb 7. So... I've actually gained lean muscle weight, I think. Unless my math's way off, lol.

    I think I need to get some fat calipers to measure my progress better. I do feel more muscular and much slimmer however, so I think the numbers are right.

    Feb 6 '09 I was 276.2 lbs - this is where I got the 11.2 lb loss from. This must have been a lot of water weight lost, so I'm going from the Feb 7 mark instead. So really I've lost 7 lbs and 3" off of my waist. The pounds are unimportant to me - the fact I lost 3" is very exciting.

    That's some good news Keido, as of right now I only have time to watch what I'm eating, I need to get back on my bike and get rid of a little holiday weight myself. Keep us posted on your results and good luck with your efforts. HT.

      So, I'm thinking about switching up jelqing and stretching again. I find that I get a better stretch if I do it after jelqing - I can stretch further. I'm not sure if this is a routine that's optimal for girth, but I figure getting length out of the way won't hurt anyhow. I've also reset my goal to 9" bone-pressed, so I'll probably be around 8.5" or 8.75" NBP when I reach my goal weight. I don't want to get too long, though I think that may already be pushing it in terms of "too long", for the average girl anyway. I figure if I marry myself a size queen I can just start up a gaining routine again, hee hee.

      The other reason for jelqing first is I feel I get a more quality jelq - my EQ's better, since I'm - although not too fatigued - a little bit fatigued after stretching, but in a good way. Not a good way for an optimal jelq though.

      After I reach my length goal I'll focus on jelqing and O-bends... I think I've mentioned that previously, but I can't remember if I have heh.

      On another note, my flaccid has sucked these past few days. I figure it's not rest or overworking, since I took 3 days off this weekend. It's just quite cold.

      I'm not going to worry about edging post-workout now.
      Routine:
      6 min Heat, 10 min Jelqing, 10 min Stretching

      • Great session tonight! Jelqing before stretching is great for me, I love going straight into jelqing. That way I can focus on technique first, since stretching's quite easy for me - the only difficulty is getting bored holding a stretch for 2+ minutes, ha ha!

        I jelqed at a high erection level (70-80%) today and saw a large difference in flaccid hang afterwards. That went away after my first stretch, of course, but I don't really care (though I am hanging lower than normal, just not plump). Even if I don't gain girth doing stretching post-jelq, I think I'll reach my length goals fairly easily and then I can just focus on girth. I've got 1.25" to go, hopefully I'll get up to 8" BP easily since that was a size I was at regularly before I started taking decon breaks and doing every-other-day routines. My 8.25" BP measurement that I got from my most recent stint of every-day jelqing/stretching may have been augmented by supplements, but that's still the largest measurement I've seen on the ruler, that I believe is because of the every day routine, so I'm looking forward to hitting that measurement again at some point, and then some! I feel good about this routine - 9", here I come! Haha.

        Oh, I did a couple of strokes with the Jelq Device after my 10 min of manual jelqing and boy did I forget how intense that thing is. I'm definitely going to switch over to it at some point, perhaps when I'm focusing on girth or something of the sort. I'm planning on doing pretty long jelqing sessions so I was actually considering switching to the Jelq Device before then, because my hands get sore when I do quality jelqs (the ones that give me a great pump). Switching to the Jelq Device would still give me quality jelqing without the hand soreness, which may be a requirement for 30+ minutes of jelqing in addition to manual stretching. We'll see how things go though. I believe the only complication to this would be keeping a high erection level with the JD, but this may not be as much of an issue as I think it could be.

        Again I didn't use a whole lot of vaseline for jelqing today and I feel my jelqs were a higher quality because of it. Just enough so the skin doesn't bunch up and I continue to have smooth jelqs, a lot of lubrication does not seem optimal to me but may actually hinder a quality jelq. I suppose that makes sense. Kind of like an eel... too slippery to get a good grip... ha, man that's a weird mental image.

        My EQ has improved today, I think this is because of the multi-vitamin (2nd day). Either that or I'm just more relaxed today. My general arousal levels aren't exactly top notch, but I feel that will change with time.

        • Jelqing before stretching. That's interesting. I'm curious to see how this will affect your penis in the long term.

          Stretching first seems like the logical thing to do since it stretches your tunica, allowing it then to be expanded by jelqing.

          • I may have measured 8" today. If this is the case at the end of the week I will continue with my current routine rather than ramping it up. If 2 weeks have passed without gains after I reach 8" I will begin to progressively add minutes.



            later edit: Measured 8.5" BPFSL after my stretching routine today. That's 1/4" longer than my normal BPFSL measurement, so I feel my stretching routine's doing the trick.

            Did most of my jelqing today with the jelq device and my hands got sore, heehee. I may have been squeezing too hard, not sure. Could just be an awkward hold or just that my hands aren't used to it. I think I'll stick with manual jelqing for now though. I'd say I get about the same post-jelq pump from manual jelqing as I do from the jelq device. When I hit my length goals I'll switch to the jelq device for jelqing since it's supposed to be good for girth. My jelq device post-jelq pump MAY stick around longer than my manual pump does, however I'm not positive of this because I stretch second.

            I measured 7.75 bp x 5.375 eg post-jelq, though my erection wasn't as full as I feel it could have been. On the other hand I got my 5.375" EG back with this everyday routine, so that's good. I've always been such a hard girth gainer, every little bit counts.

            I may go on a porn detox. I'm not positive, but watching porn may have contributed to my lessened arousal levels lately. Even watching porn now I'm sort of not into it so much... I tend to have a much better time of it when I relax and let my imagination do the work. I'll make a decision on this tomorrow.

            • Improved EQ this morning. My routine's doin' its thing, at least.

              I've decided that I will go on a porn detox. I'll update this post later if there's anything noteworthy to say about my session tonight.

              On a secondary note, I think my multi-vitamin is giving me a headache. I'm gonna stop taking it for a week, at least, to see if I get better. I thought that it was perhaps my diet, but I went an entire week last week completely headache free and very energetic, the only difference now being my new multivitamin, so I think that's what is causing headaches for me. I think I'll get a new brand of multi-vitamin, but I'm not sure what to go with. Hmm.

              • Go to a homeopathic nature store and buy an expensive brand of multivitamins. Also you should look into various shakes/drinks.

                • Think I'll get Rainbow Light Men's Once-a-day Multivitamin... some nice reviews for it and it's all natural, also has 0 iron in it. I've heard men shouldn't supplement iron. I'm also ordering some packets of 50mg Zinc tablets.

                  I've got some Greens Plus bottles shoved away in my medicine cabinet... god, I can't drink that stuff. Horrible, horrible taste to it. So I think I'll avoid shakes/drinks generally, heh.

                  I'm also thinking about ordering some Goji berries... I can't remember where, but I've seen a PE'er talk about taking them and having increased arousal and semen volume and all that good stuff from taking them.

                  UPDATE: Another good session today. My penis is getting very vascular when I jelq it and seems to have more vascularity flaccid.

                  • Note to my routine's stretching technique: I'm stealing roc's tension stretch for the final 3 seconds of a stretch. I'm also going to do 5 circle stretches in both directions after each stretch. I may add in roc's Up and Down stretch at the end of my stretching routine as well.

                    Here's what my routine looks like:
                    10 min Heat
                    10 min Jelqing
                    2 min SO Stretch /w 3 second tension stretch at end (1:57 at gentle stretch, then 3 seconds higher tension)
                    5 Circle Stretches Left/Right
                    2 min Right Stretch /w 3 second tension stretch at end (1:57 at gentle stretch, then 3 seconds higher tension)
                    5 Circle Stretches Left/Right
                    2 min Left Stretch /w 3 second tension stretch at end (1:57 at gentle stretch, then 3 seconds higher tension)
                    5 Circle Stretches Left/Right
                    2 min SU Stretch /w 3 second tension stretch at end (1:57 at gentle stretch, then 3 seconds higher tension)
                    5 Circle Stretches Left/Right
                    2 min SD Stretch /w 3 second tension stretch at end (1:57 at gentle stretch, then 3 seconds higher tension)
                    May add in Up and Downs next week after I get clarification about the technique.

                    • I am also going to try this tension increase when I stretch. I'm going to see how my PIs are after two workouts.

                      I think Roc could be on to something here. I really believe this could be a key in gaining length a little quicker. We'll see.

                      • The tension increase was interesting, anyhow. I didn't pull extraordinarily hard, just enough of a pull that I felt comfortable with, however I feel like I get a better stretch with the gentle stretch and then a quick amount of tension at the end rather than just going full tension (like my old, old 30 sec stretches were). It really requires that gradual loosening that the gentler stretch creates to get the full effect of the quick tension stretch. I wonder if my holding the stretch for longer than 27 seconds in the gentle mode will make any difference for gains.

                        I also forgot to do the circle stretches between each stretch... I think I'll just scrap that idea for now.

                        I hit 8.75 BPFSL post-stretch routine. I don't know if I can contribute this to the tension stretch, but for reference a few days earlier I measured only 8.5" BPFSL post-stretch routine.

                        My veins were really bulging out with jelqing today, so I had to go with a lighter grip for safety's sake.

                        I'll make a measurement this Sunday that will decide whether or not I add volume to my routine.

                          • Tell me how it goes for you. I've got some soreness in spots on my penis today (nothing bad). I don't know whether to attribute this to the tension stretch or a hard squeeze during stretching (I do squeeze harder when I do the tension stretch, so this may be the issue). The long minutes of stretching + the tension stretch may be a bit too strenuous... hmm. I think I'll go with just gentle stretching without the tension stretch for now, see if I gain in a couple of months. If not perhaps I'll switch my stretching routine over to a shorter gentle hold + tension stretch.

                            I've been thinking about ordering the Bathmate some time. If not for gains made right now, then I could use it for general penile health and a maintenance program after I reach my goals. I've had such difficulty gaining girth through jelqing, something like the Bathmate pump may be what I need for girth gains. This is dependant on how large the pump is though. I've seen measurements saying it's 8" insertable length and 7.5" circumference, but I don't know if this is how large the penis can be made (in any case I'm not looking for THAT much girth) or if it's the outer circumference. I may e-mail the Bathmate people asking for how large you can go with the pump, exactly. Could be something fun to look into, anyway.

                            Switching from a daily routine to a 5 on / 2 off routine. I'm gonna see what difference my routine makes doing 5 on / 2 off. I've made most of my gains on a 5 on / 2 off routine. The two days off may be enough for recuperation and rest against overuse injury.
                            Monday - Friday: On
                            Sat & Sunday: Off

                            This also will help me with measuring on Sundays to see if the routine actually increases my size or if it's just post-routine pump. I think a day will be enough for a routine pump to wear off.

                            I will add to volume to my routine if I haven't reached 8" on Sunday. I haven't decided yet if I should add 2 minutes or 5 though. I may just go with 2 minutes since this routine has seemed to be a bit hard on my penis. This'll depend on how I feel on Sunday though.

                            THIS WEEK'S TUL:
                            50 minutes Jelqing
                            50 minutes Stretching

                            Update:
                            I hit 8" BPEL measurement today (Saturday). I'll remeasure tomorrow, but for now it's looking like I'm sticking with my current volume.

                            • Actually, I measured 8" BPEL x 5.375" EG later in the day today so I won't add volume to my routine after all.

                              Routine's the same, 10 min in jelqing and stretching. I think I'll go with it for as long as I make gains and only up my routine volume if I don't make gains.

                              • I've been reading around on Thunders about girth stories - actually finding a lot where it got uncomfortable for their wives/girlfriends, so I'm still undecided on my final goal and today I did an odd test - making my goal sizes with some large sheets of paper. I've decided that 9" BPEL is definitely the length goal I'll shoot for. At this point it's a matter of whether 6.5" EG is too BIG to go for. Some considerations for me are: will it be uncomfortable for the girl (I'm doing this for a woman's pleasure foremost, aesthetic reasons secondarily), and will it be too large for blowjobs (teeth scraping, jaw soreness, etc.)? I'm going for a steady relationship out of all of this, not really interested in one night stands, so that's another factor to add to all of this - will she get used to the size after awhile (if it's too large at first)?

                                The other factor in a steady relationship is that I can always restart a girth gaining routine if she'd like more size. There's foreplay, etc. to take into consideration - I've noticed in the stories that a lot of the guys 6" and up have to do a lot of foreplay to get their girls ready (I don't mind that), but once you get 6"+ the girls can start to get some soreness after awhile, so marathon sex sessions aren't so hot and multiple sessions may not happen either. Definitely things to consider. Of course this all depends on the woman too.

                                Anyway right now my study's results revealed that 6.5" is really damn big, and I had to really stretch my mouth around the paper roll (sort of shaped to approximately what my penis' form would be at that size - I'm more of an oval than circular, so I had to gently fold it a bit) - which resulted in soreness very quickly. 6" is still a bit of a stretch, but obviously not as bad as 6.5". It's also a decidedly large girth though. I could have a small mouth though, ha ha!

                                Anyway right now I think I'll aim for 6" girth by 9" BPEL. If, when I reach 6" girth I decide that I'd like to go for more, then I will, but for now 6" is the goal. Perhaps I'll just split the difference and go for 6.25", hee hee. It's important to me to go for a girth lower than that of my "max" because you're kinda stuck with it if you get too big!

                                Do you guys have any thoughts on all this?
