10g of L-Arginine
note, i tihnk i will 100% rest for the rest of may. just lots of L-Arginine and some sexin. i think i will do 10g of L-Arginine per day, plus 5g for each ejaculation.
did an informal test today (at edge of chair) and got:
bpl: 6.75
Gmax: 5.5625
Gmin: 5.1875
note: i think instead of measuring once on the 1st/15th and leaving it at that, i think i should measure a couple times around those days and then go with the best numbers. that way i can factor out a little bit of those day to day variances.
Continued Research: This research you guys out on the main webiste kind of gave me the kick in the pants to be more adamnt about the no masturbating/ejaculating thing. i won't say no to my girlfriend, but i will make sure not to masturbate after reading this.
No more masturbating: I already had a good hunch about this one, but reading that study really drove it home. "the men who masturbated once a month or less gained 60 percent more cubic inches than the men who masturbated a few times a month or more."
Don’t ejaculate after PEing: the no ejaculation after PE group averaged 4.46 extra cubic inches, while the ejaculation group averaged 3.3
more sets:
Strong correlation between more time PEing and more gains.
Warm-up may not be necessary:
There was no noticeable correlation between gains and the use of a warm-up. There was actually an insignificant lead by the “no warm-up” group.
note: i think starting on the 1st i willgo into a plan of still focusing on clamping, as i have been seeing more gains than when i was doing manual exercises only. but i think i will also work in some slinkys to see if they really are the girth wonders that they've been made out to be.
