Clamping: (all focused(tug warm up)(wrapped with 18" of doubled up Ace Bandage)
***10 min tug warm up
7 min(at BASE, slightly loosened)
***(wrap on)rest about 3-5 minutes
7 min(at BASE, slightly loosened)
***(wrap on)rest about 3-5 minutes
7 min(at BASE, slightly loosened, then tightned llast minute)
***then some edging/head work
note: looser clamping at the super-base seems great, also, that last minute of clamping down harder was nuts.
Edging/Head-only Jelqs: (right after clamping)
20 minutes-ish
