    Clamps: tons of wrap, few clicks (all focused(tug warm up)(wrapped with ??" of doubled up 2" Ace Bandage)(pre-wrapped with elastic material)

    5 minutes (random directions, primarily for circulation)

    notes: these head squeezes seem good. from yesterday i had some extra flaccid today.

            Jelqs, intermittent slinkies: played with lots of angles and rotations, kept it light

            note: I think I will continue throwing these in on occasion again. i don't think focusing completely on one exercise is best.

                                PI notes: have some localized soreness at the base right where the sides of the clamp come together. frequently i get a bit of soreness there; that pressure point may be a bottleneck for the effects of clamping. (more reasons to spice it up with more variety)
