So it is the first of the month again and time to post my measurements...
Drum roll!!! I have gained!!...Well kind of anyway. I posted on the 1st of Feb saying that i had hit 7" for the frist time in my life, i didn't count that result purely because it had only happened once, that goes for the 5.7" girth too (even though i hit that a few times). I measure everyday for one week leading upto the first of every month, i do this just to make sure that my final result is exact. This is done with both length and girth. I feel that even though i havn't gained anymore from last months one off results, i also haven't lost size and now have a constant and higher measurement with EG and BPEL.
So to confirm, i measured one final time today and got 7" length and 5.7" girth. I am loving my man meat rigth now.

Normal Jelqs 10 mins - In all directions. Erection level 50-70% for 6 mins, 30-40% for 4 mins. Kegels + RK
Curling - 5 mins - Erection level 50-60% Some kegels + RK V-Jelqs - 5 mins 3-5 second reps. Kegels + RK Stretches 15 mins - consisted of...
Normal - In all directions, held for as long as i feel it can take (but not too much). Some kegels + RK (for better pull back)
Mandingo stretches - 3 stretched toward myself held for 90 seconds each. (kegels for better pull)
New stretch x 3 (still haven't got a name for it yet) Feels good.
Also mini breaks to shake. Squeezes - x None Edge 40 mins- with kegels + RK (this was after completing the routine) - In a dark room...
Didn't pop.
Warm down 15 mins

Congrats buddy. Those are some awesome fuckin' gains. Are you kidding me? I just noticed that you started with a 5.2 BPEL and now you're 7 inches. That's BEAUTIFUL mate and a great inspiration. I bet yours is looking like an Italian salami by now lol. You gonna get reped for this. That's for sure.

Thanks my broski!! In my opinion this is all down to penis confusion, uping my routine weekly (check my earlier logs), making every minute count, not popping my load much so that i have the best workout possible everytime. Also going to the gym helps with my circulation along with my erection teas/L- arginine too.
I have given PE my all. It is true what they say, you get out what you put in.
