    I think I'm losing interest. It's a combination of things I guess, I'm in the process of starting my business, it's very fulfilling and keeps my mind busy at all times, and in turn makes me more or less consciously reevaluate the importance of that whole obsession with my penis in the big picture.

    Also last week I had a super scary lig pop, and since then I've been terrified of downward stretching. Made me realize how much I pushed my luck with that, as it never ever felt right to me, and gave me zero EL gains anyway.

    I'm not giving it up altogether, but I'll have a more relaxed approach from now on. I'm back to the trusty straight out lock stretches, for cementing basically, and if something ends up happening I'm sure I'll be able to tell visually, so no more measuring either.

    After just a few days my EQ is as good as ever and everything about my unit feels right again. Not to mention I'm more than happy with my size right now

          As far as the penis goes, yeah...you are the champ. You are big enough...bigger than most porn stars, bigger than most women will dream of, just big and no need to go bigger. It's about finding the happiness and fulfillment and I'm glad you have found that.

            • Stan...bro wtf is your routine? I'm struggling right now. I started off around 7.8 in college got up to 8.5 earlier this year but my eq has come and gone so it's really 8.5 on really good days straining and 8.3 on decent days about 8 on shtty days. I need help getting to 9 bro. What is your stretching routine? Use any tools? I hang and bout and extender but the extender kinda sucks cuz I think the traction springs are broken and their customer service sucks.

              And don't lose interest dude. You're teaching and helping a lot of people. You may not see it but a lot of dudes get inspiration from shit like this and not from imposters. Keep trucking sir

                • I'm still on my maintenance routine:

                  -a few shock stretches
                  -a couple of very short very hard straight out lock stretches with both hands
                  -1 minute box stretch
                  -another short straight out stretch
                  -power shake
                  -two 5 seconds kegels

                  This 2 times a day, plus a few random kegels and a few random shorter box stretches.

                  I also do a little jelqing whenever I have a hanging semi, maybe it will get me another small EL gain, who knows. I only jelq half the shaft now, with a very tight grip, mostly targeting a weird tougher spot that's 1-2" behind the head.
                  I know I said I'd never jelq again, but it feels much better done that way, and there's no signs of girth gains or EQ loss this time. Actually my EQ got even better after I stopped doing any upward stretches two weeks ago.

                  So far there's zero change in erect size, and as expected a very small loss of BPFSL.

                    • I don't know, I haven't completely stopped yet, but apparently you really don't need much of a maintenance routine to keep your length gains.

                      • After months of diligent observations I can confirm that my ability to reach max erection on a particular day depends entirely on the quality of my stretching for that day.

                        On those days where my unit is resistant to stretching, or where I don't stretch much at all, I'll have no trouble getting to that diamond-hard 100% that hurts.
                        But whenever I feel I had a good stretch, even with my current low-volume maintenance routine, I won't be able to get there. EQ will still be good, but there will be none of that high pressure feeling in the last few inches that I believe is necessary for EL gains: back when I was gaining I always had those gains-in-progress phases where I couldn't reach max erection and then EQ eventually came back, and when it did I could literally feel the gain happening inside. I believe I even heard it happening a couple of times

                        From the way my max erections have been feeling in the last year or so, I'm pretty sure that if I could get to the same high-pressure 100% after a good stretch just once, there would be a new gain. But it never happens, no matter what.

                                Several years ago as a member of ************* across town, I added an inch to my length in about seven months doing just your type of stretches. I see from your notes that you have added downward stretching and that seemed to work best for me. I got to 9 1/4 bone pressed but did not cement my gains.

                                I have another suggestive stretching method for you in your quest to be/remain king of the hill in P.E. It is my own invention and I believe it is one reason I gained rapidly doing about 20 minutes a day, four times a week on average. I called it "Cupped Finger C Stretches."

                                Grab your flaccid glans as you espouse with your right hand, and pull it out away from your body. With your left hand, with index to ring fingers forming a cupped "C" type formation (fingers bent back toward the lower palm of your hand), entrench your flaccid cock in the cupped "C" type formation and intensely pull for dear life at the base of your cock to your left. You can bend your cock around to your right and increase the intensity of the stretch.

                                At the base of your cock in your C cupped fingers, you will feel all the ligaments of your dick that need stretching and pulling out. You can also work your cupped fingers up your cock toward your dickhead doing these C cupped finger stretches and get good stretches all along the length of your dick.

                                When you tire of the right hand pulling at your cockhead, then switch to pulling your cockhead with your left hand and using your right hand to form the C cup .......In that mode with the left hand pulling your dickhead, you will pull your C cupped right fingers/hand to your right for a good stretch and work the ligaments on the left side of your dick moving from the very base of your dick up your shaft toward your dick head.

                                This is a very good stretch that I feel is very valid in working the tunica and the ligaments from the base of our dicks to our cockheads. The length of time that you can spend on each C cup stretch is variable to what the individual mans allowances are.......but obviously, the more intense the C cup stretches and the more time spent on each stretch should equate to better gains.

                                I used to make these part of my twenty minute stretches and even did them at work in my private bathroom
