I went and bought the same ruler (I think) but mine has about 1/8 inch extra before the zero. What did you do? Sand it off? My old ruler had an extra 1/4 inch. I was hoping to get the same one you have. The space after the 12 looks the same.

Looking at one of those early pics, it looks to me like your NBP was 7.87 inches. It seems like it went from 2 and 1/2 to 20 and 1/2 cm so a total of 20 cm. That translates to 7.87 inches. Impressive. So overall, you've added between 1 inch and 1.13 inches NBP.

Some of this PE stuff requires endless dedication but if you've never done anything there are some things that can give you an improvement without going that far out of your way.
