          Yes I used to do random casual stretches in between sessions, but they wouldn't amount to much total time, maybe 5 minutes.

              I have a sub max too that might be 1/4 inch moving towards 1/2 inch less. One time I brought it up and the guys tore me up and told me it was EQ issues and it was all due to me watching porn. LOL Whatever.

              What I've found is it takes me a while to get to true true max. Maybe more than 30 minutes of messing around. It's not EQ because there are several other changes.                 I knlw what you mean. If I get a bj, my penis is only like 7inches using the side measurement. Bit after 20-30 mins, its like 8.3 inches (side measurement).                   Ha Ha. That side stuff is way inaccurate. I know you know this and I myself used to love to feel along the sides because I could feel that part of the penis that was inside and imagine that if I could only get that part outside, Id be huge. I get it. The reason I bring this up is there is a bigger problem than that fat pad you mention. There is a suspensory ligament and another that basically hold it down from the top so while you may be able to feel a nice long penis include even through the scrotum, unless you can get the suspensory ligament to stretch (or you cut it through surgery-not recommended), that part will always be inside and it never counts! LOL

                  So the question is "How much can you stretch the suspensory ligament. Maybe it will be 1/2 inch. Well that will be the amount you can add from the inside part. The penis itself also stretches...so maybe you can add another 1/2 inch there. Who knows? But imagining all of the inside being available to the outside is a lot.

                      Maybe it's OK since you are doing it flaccid but I'd be nervous about keeping up that pattern. I do know if you are erect and you force a bend, overtime you can cause a bend in that sheath. I might try this stretch with this soda can right now but I would counter with downward too.

                      • For a while now my maintenance routine has been down to almost nothing:

                        -shock stretches
                        -1 very short lock stretch with both hands
                        -power shake
                        -kegel
                        -power shake
                        -at this point I usually have a semi, so I do a short clamp and a few jelqs.

                        This two times a day, in the morning, then I'll usually add a couple random kegels, and the same clamp and jelq whenever I happen to have a semi.

                        The downside is I lost a lot of sensitivity, or rather I'm back to normal. The thing is I had gotten used to the higher sensitivity that came from the slight glans soreness, and now I have trouble keeping it up. Don't know what to do about it right now.

                                I pull the foreskin back and grab just behind the glans (and as soon as I start pulling, the grip automatically shifts on the glans itself).
