Baseline EQ is already much better but I'm far from getting anywhere close to 100% yet.
Yes it's incredible, my current routine is ridiculously low-volume but it works, I'm sure it was just a matter of finding a way to exert enough force stretching straight out so the tunica could get the most of it. I actually slightly adjust the angle as I stretch, to find that in-between spot where I don't feel much of a stretch in either the ligs or the pelvic floor muscles, and where I believe I get some hardcore tunica stretching. There's basically no feeling but tremendous resistance.
I'm pretty sure I can feel the gains happening though, I just feel something suddenly shifting in there and then bam BPFSL gain. It can happen anytime too (as long as the grip is good), so my theory on gains only happening after max BPFSL has been reached is definitively dismissed.
