  • Baseline EQ is already much better but I'm far from getting anywhere close to 100% yet.

    Yes it's incredible, my current routine is ridiculously low-volume but it works, I'm sure it was just a matter of finding a way to exert enough force stretching straight out so the tunica could get the most of it. I actually slightly adjust the angle as I stretch, to find that in-between spot where I don't feel much of a stretch in either the ligs or the pelvic floor muscles, and where I believe I get some hardcore tunica stretching. There's basically no feeling but tremendous resistance.

    I'm pretty sure I can feel the gains happening though, I just feel something suddenly shifting in there and then bam BPFSL gain. It can happen anytime too (as long as the grip is good), so my theory on gains only happening after max BPFSL has been reached is definitively dismissed.

        How do you manage to get completely flaccid for stretching ?

        For me whenever I stretch, I start to become erected immediately and after 4 reps and the quality of stretching gets worse since, my penis is now semi-erect. It feels awkward to stretch a plumped penis. And if I wait for it to subside it makes my routine very long. Any advice ?

        • I'm taking a break, because of a small cut along the frenulum that won't heal if I keep on stretching, and a painful bump at the base, probably an infected ingrown hair, right where I put the end of the ruler. It's maturing very slowly too, so it's probably going to take a long time before I can measure again.

          I guess mine eventually understood it's work not play, but I still get a semi sometimes, especially if I didn't blow my load the night before. Does it still happen if you ejaculate before your workout?

          • No its easier after ejaculating, but I dont want to ejaculate so frequently. So I guess hopefully it will learn eventually.

            • As of today back to stretching, but no full workout yet, as the grip is now terrible after just a few days of rest. Those very short stretches felt great though, and I think I even felt one of those "shifts" but measuring is out for now: the pimple at the base has become larger, less painful but still more red than white so I'd better leave it alone.

              FWIW EQ was pretty bad tonight too, but not in the exact same way as after a BPFSL gain, and bad EQ usually only happens on the next day anyway. I don't like being in the dark like that...

                Why exactly? IME there's no harm in ejaculating often.
                I find that I am more productive the less I ejaculate and it makes very sleepy and lazy

                  Well, yesterday was worse, and it did feel exactly like it always does after a BPFSL gain, with that weird extra sensitivity about 2.5" from the head causing involuntary contractions that don't "extend" all the way to the head.

                        • For two weeks now, it's been a vicious cycle of bad grip and sore head, all because of that short break. Still, I felt another shift 4 days ago, and EQ went south again. I don't even see the point of measuring BPFSL anymore... Just before that, EQ was getting kind of decent and I think I was able to hit my best BPEL even though it felt nowhere close to 100%, but I didn't take a lot of measurements as the base was still hurting.

                          Actually yes, but not on purpose, and my glans doesn't feel like it has a lot of blood in it when flaccid anyway. It's just that I squeeze and pull on the tip with my left hand while I position my right hand for the stretch.

                          • Yet another cycle: two days ago EQ was better so I took some BPEL measurements and there's little doubt I've made gains, it was consistently closer to the 10" mark than the 9"15/16, and I might have even hit a full 10" a couple of times but I can't be sure that I measured 100% correctly as I was pretty excited. Then yesterday I felt another one of those shifts while stretching, and today EQ is shot again...
