    Morning Hanging SD 2x30mins - 5.5 lbs
    Night (Before Bed): Phallosan while sleeping

    Details:

    Another rest day and basically just hit an hour after I woke up and spent the rest of the day in the Stealth sleeve. Had sex 2x and filled her up so thats great.

    Alil information to hype myself up: I measured after stretching and my BPFSL was alil past 8in I was completely blown away by the amount of gains I'll have when its time to measure lol. My Girth is DEFINITELY not the 5.5in that i put in my sig. It was alil plump today and i measured 5.75 was my MEG. And 6.1 was my BEG. Super excited for this Dick when it 's all said and gun haha

    Hanging Totals:
    Week 1 -> 8hrs
    Week 2 -> 9hrs

      You think hanging is the only way to go once you plateau from manual exercises? How long until yuo gave up on manual exercises?

        To be honest I think because of MY lack of commitment throughout the first few years (the on again & off again) i trained my penis to the point where manual exercises didn't do much.
        Cause honestly I am a firm believer manual exercises alone can be used to gain up to 1.5-2in (depending on the person) as long as you're mentally able to do the tedious jelqing and stretching lol

        But to answer your question?
        NO
        If you've plateaued for a significant period then I'd give extending or an all day stretcher a try first...

        ADS @ 7hrs (for six days) would give you about 1000 hrs in six months... most report at least an .5in to an inch in that time. Good trade off if you can do it. Look into the Phallosan I love this thing and sleep in it easily.

        Hanging I never wanted to do.
        It's honestly like my last ditch effort to get that inch to hit 8 and then just maintain. It's simple and I love the lig pull i feel. But it scares tf out of me lol

          Another rest day.
          Babe all of a sudden wants to try anal... So i REALLY need to get to it before I hit a MEG of 6.
          Darn PE might ruin my chances lol
          On the plus side I still find time to hit at least an hour of hanging a day. I like that I can keep this consistency. Ugh... my ligs are tired EVERYDAY though.

          Back to the grind. Depending on work schedule I'll either do the mid day set of hanging or stay in the Phallosan all day. Positive PIs

          ANNOYING flaccid hang (jk I love it lol) Seriously It gets hard then doesn't turtle and flops around in everything I wear.

            Nice Log!!! So you have found that both the phallosan and hanging give different results? I've always seems to think they do the same thing. They both pull on the dick.....but maybe I have overlooked this. Your thoughts????

              It's weird to put it but the Phallosan feels passive in the way it elongates your dick, like a gentle coaxing to keep the penis in an extended state so just your bpfsl gradually increases then eventually your flaccid increases then that of course affects your EL over time.

              Hanging with weights on the other hand feels like my dick is the only thing someone could grab onto while hanging off a bridge lol so when I hang and ride the fatigue it feels like every part of my dick is exhausted. Like next time i measure not just my bpfsl will increase but EVERYTHING will.

              Strict answer for your question

              Hanging - pulls aggressively and seems to give quicker results but you need to be researched, ready and conditioned.
              Phallosan - holds your member in a nice stretch. Short term I've seen it help cement length & girth gains (didn't do PE for months just lost alil girth .125in)
              long term (1000+ hrs) it'll definitely give you new gains.

                Thanks for the response man! One more question, do you use the LG hangar? What are you using for hanging?? I just read through your log and don't recall what you are using to hang. I've really been wanting to increase my length. My current routine which consists of clamping, bathmate, and phallosan I worry, is a little unbalanced. I'd much prefer length over girth at this point because I'm already a good sized girth. Also, I may have some questions for you about the gym lol. I started going to the gym regularly and dieting about 2 months ago and I just have questions about my current routine and what not. I'll probably PM you about all that if you don't mind.

                  Now for my hangar you have the phallosan right? I talked to the Phallosan rep on this forum when I first got it and asked for another spring loaded belt attachment cause the stickers and springs were malfunctioning. He sent me one free of cost. I then got tired of the Phallosan condom sleeves & ordered the ABS silicone 9" tube off ebay but you don't have to. I attached zip ties to the beginner Zen Hanger weight set off ebay and then purchased a 5lb weight plate off amazon.

                  My Hanger:
                  Large Phallosan bell + spring loaded clip
                  9" ABS silicone sleeve from Zen hangar ebay store
                  3 zip ties to connect to Zen weight stack
                  Zen hanger 6.5lb weight set
                  ($80 off ebay)
                  $3.79 5lb plate
                  off amazon

                  When creating my routine I basically just did JP90 and substitute one one workout for another. I always warmed down with the bathmate so that stayed.
                  But basically I went from:
                  Stretches -> bundled stretches -> hanging
                  Jelqs -> Jelqs & Ulis
                  Warm down -> Bathmate

                  And I'm in the same spot as you...
                  As soon as I get to 8.2 ~ 8in consistently. I'll switch to more girth exercises & do clamping and justs bathmate till I hit 6in MEG. Then I'll be done FINALLY lol

                    Didnt do my last night hang. Ended up staying at the gfs and she doesn't "approve" of my PE so to speak. She can reap the benefits but doesn't like all the "weird-stuff" I do to it.                       YEah I'm starting to get to the point where I can't bear hanging at times. Like the fatigue is too much on my ligs so no more 2hrs a day for me lol Its crazy I get rock hard. But my dick gets tired now... So i'm going to dial it back and leave my dick in the phallosan only between sets of hanging & then just use the Stealth the rest of the time. Gonna hit 10hrs this week again though lol

                      Today I could handle the first set of Hanging just fine. I think saturday I'll hang just alil bit maybe 2 sets of 20 mins or something. Just to ride the fatigue but other than That I'm not going to push myself & risk injury.My dick is still tired but I'm gonna hit two hours and make sure to warm up the ligs for the second mid day sets.

                        Long day at work today so had to cut back on my hanging. Just went up a pound and hung for twenty minutes this morning. Hoping I can get in a late night hang but I doubt it. Still gonna hit at least an 10hrs this week. Kind of hoping to match my 11 from last week.

                          NO HANGING

                          Kind of pissed off didn't get to hang saturday GF kept me and wanted to try anal. Hence the kind of pissed off lol. I guess she made up for it and she's definitely noticing the difference in length which is surprising af! She was giving me a blow job and said "Damn Baby you're so big... I can't even put it all in my mouth anymore" I was confused and said "no not even lol" & to my surprise she shows me and about a 1/4 of an inch was still left. And she was struggling to force that much in.


                          So it was pretty much a rest day even though I don't want to rest while hanging, but I'll make up for it tomorrow. Hit my 2 hours.

                            Gotta get back into the rhythm and continue upping the weight. This morning doing split sets of 30mins and then after church I'll be back with another set of 30mins. Hoping I can get another 30mins in before bed but I doubt it tbh, but if i do I'll push for 2 sets instead of just 1.

                                I can only imagine the feeling of my Penis after hanging for six months... Man it's going to be a monster. I wake up and my dick hangs down and I literally feel how heavy it is. Like an extra pound has been added or something haha


                                CAUTION TO THOSE THAT HANG
                                Don't Push yourself for long times.... It might be fine somedays but you don't know what to expect the next. I wen't for a 60min set yesterday (tried to do two 30mins together) and when I pulled out my glands were alil swollen and there was a bit of blood that had accumulated at the tip. I freaked out and it seemed like the glands got stuck in the end of the phallosan and caused alil cut. It's healed today but I'm DEFINITELY not doing that again. Could've easily been more severe.
