    Been Super busy with school and work so I haven't logged everything, in my actually log but you can check my Phallosan forte blog if you need to know the details of my day to day.
    I've also been consistantly hitting 12 hours at least a day.

    Just been taking snapshots of my daily Phalosan Forte Time and trying to get into the bathmate and jelqs.
    The last 5 days no bathmate though and unfortunately I've lost my resilience to the pressure of the Bathmate. Slowly building up endurance and eventually will be getting back to doing my bathmate stretches then adding jelqs.

    Finally hit 400+ hours in the phallosan though!

    Left: 6 hours
    Right: 6 hours

    Total: 12 hours
    Gross: 405 hours

          Crazy... it's almost been 3 years since I've been on this site.
          I went into creeper status and had a few breakups and you know... life happened but I've PE'd here and there.

          After my breakup last february I started dating slowly and PE'ing more efficiently.
          Bathmate broke so i stuck to more of my manual work and then wasn't putting what i thought was enough hours into the Phallosan.

          I eventually got back a little bit of my gains...

          EDIT: I actually didn't lose any gains looking back at my log and sig

          HOLY SHEEET I've made progress. I remember looking one day in 2016 and almost cried cause i thought my BPEL was 7in. I measured 6.7in so i actually gained lol


          Cut to August last year when the chick i was dating PCS'd to another state I decided to stop having sex, stop dating, and just live and invest my time bettering myself. When she was leaving we spent alot of time together and the small PE routine. I was doing stopped. My EQ dropped and sex became a chore... another reason I stopped trying to date/have sex.

          Flash to this year and I started slowly coming off my hiatus with hanging out with another girl who seemed interested. It was a flame from before that didnt advance and now we had a chance. She said drunkenly one night how she liked "sculpted guys and big dicks" So i started a manual PE routine again. Things didn't workout with her I saw her on a date with another guy and she cut me off. But things happen for a reason right?

          My NOW wonderful gf randomly started messaging me & was the pursuer. So I kept at the routine knowing we'd have sex eventually and it felt like the old me was back. A month later we had sex & She went on about how great it was and how thick my cock was. That was in February/March. We've been together six months and she just loves my dick more and more.

          I know long post but its measurement time.
          Out of curiousity *and gfs cute suggestion i should be sending her dick pics lol*
          I measured after a jelq session AND....

          BPEL - 7in conservatively. I hit 7.1 once but i under measure
          MEG - 5.5in tbh I lost alot of girth after the bathmate broke
          and i stopped jelqing etc but pretty much got this back.
          NBEL - 6.7ish give or take i usually don't measure
          BPFSL - 7.5in
          NBFL - 4.8in


          Now these measurements are about 3-4 weeks old.
          During that time I've really started hitting hard on stretching BTC. Jelqing and edging.

          Now im gonna focus on hanging and have just started using the stealth anti turtle for after and just sticking to 4 sets a day at 30 mins. I've rigged my Phallosan as a hanging device.

          So I'll measure fully again in exactly a month from now but man...



          ITS GOOD TO BE BACK!!!!!

            Hey, welcome back, GymRat! It's always good to see members return to the Gym for another round! Start posting DAILY to this log, and before long you'll find you're better motivated, get feedback from other members to help you in your journey, plus you'll have an excellent record of PE that worked BEST FOR YOU!

                  Yesterday & Today's workout

                  Evening Hanging SD: 1x30minutes - 6.5lbs
                  Night (Before Bed) Hanging SD: 1x30minutes - 6.5lbs

                  Details:

                  First time I actually felt fatigued, felt like my dick was being pulled from my belly button hah!
                  This morning definitely felt tough... was losing grip in the Phallosan but finally got it together.
                  Gonna wait till i finish 4 weeks of hanging before I start edging sessions again.

                  As for the weight I believe sticking with low weights for now and upping the sets (time v tension)
                  will pay off while i do have the time.

                    Details:

                    Crazy I feel good but different. "Riding the fatigue" or whatever really is an experience... my dick feels tired ALL THE TIME. Like it has been stretched all day and night lol. But crazy enough my EQ isn't diminishing and my sex drive has gone up since i've started doing longer hanging sessions. *shrugs* I even get nice morning wood so as long as the PIs remain positive we're good to go.

                    Another thing The stealth innerwear for men has been paying off. I'll do a review on it after a month but i love this thing. It's changed my flaccid hang & turtle for the better.

                      Details:

                      Basically a rest day (as far as hanging is concerned) So i'll repeat this saturday as well. Just an hour hanging split into 2 different sets. No extra jelqing just enough to get the blood flow pumping... will see how my EQ is in the morning. And wearing the stealth all night.

                      Eventually I want to use the Phallosan for sleeping again but the hook at the end of the bell snapped off today. So guess I got to ask the rep how to get a new one.

                        Taking another rest day just been busy this weekend. SO today I'll hit alil more than yesterday and try to do 1hr 30 mins. Saturday I ended up with barely hitting an hour but it's all good. I make up for lack of privacy on the week days where i can hang all day If need be lol basically I'm working up to hitting 10 hours a week consistently. We'll see how well that works out lol

                          Details:

                          Haven't been hanging the 2ish hours i'm used to with Labor day weekend and all that but, I'll be back at it again on the 5th. Should be a good workout I'll be able to get some jelqing and pumping in tomorrow. Flaccid is hanging nice and low and in almost two weeks haven't turtled shorter than 3in.

                            Yesterday I actually did bathmate and jelqs but forgot to log it. Had an epiphany today I switched the Phallosan L condoms with the Silicone sleeve (from Zen hangar) I had purchased before the stealth just to try it and granted its alil tight (used the phallosan Large) but its thicker and WAY more durable/able to hold suction better than the standard Phallosan condoms... to the point i think i can get back to sleeping in the PF again.

                            My dick is SORE AF now. Not painful sore... I wake up with morning wood and swing all day but it feels like all the inner dick is being pulled out lol Love it!

                              Since I'm off early today Im throwing in two extra sets of hanging at 6lbs.
                              Immediately jumping into the Phallosan until Its not convenient to use it then going back into the stealth. I love the way the phallosan doesn't lose suction anymore with the ABS silicon sleeves.

                              PI's? Still doing good. Waking up with boners

                                Can't really Hang today but gonna get in an hour and have gotten back into my Phallosan for extended hours. Man it feels like I didn't stop hanging since i use the bell as a vacuum hanger. My Penis is probably upset but the little guy is still chugging along like a champ.
                                Sore af though and I can feel the fatigue when I go to the bathroom and let it hang.

                                Hoping I can pull at least 11-12 hours this week but next week I get more weights and can go up into double digits in a few weeks!
