Make sure you get warmed up and do some manual stretching before the extender.
Jelqing or a light pump session will engourge the glans some for a better grip with the noose.
      I use the comfort pad.
I got a 5/16" flat washer. You will need to pinch the two ends of the noose tubing to get the washer on, but work it onto the tubing.
Once you have the penis sencht down, slide the washer up to the cradle and this should keep the noose from loosening up.
There is a point where there is more tension than the strap can hold.
You may have to back down some if you you keep slipping out.
Less tension for longer time produce results.

      Be safe and enjoy!
I've been struggling to wear this thing for a couple of hours. I've tried all kinds of wraps and material to make it more bearable. Good advice here Richardwad! I'm going to follow you and the Burrito and ditch the second noose...I also decided to back down a notch on the tension by removing an extension piece.

      • I just finished my first month with the QEP. First week was slow due to the break in period and what not. Once I started adding some rods is when I started to notice some discomfort around the glans after about 30-60 mins of use.

I found that the second noose was causing more harm than good and was a pain in the ass to try to tighten most of the time. It would eventually begin to pinch between the two straps and then just irritate my skin.

Now I stick to the top noose, throw on some menthol gold bond powder for traction, and use either the infant sock or noose threading that ultimate burrito mentioned. With that combo I get zero slippage, even after adding a rod, and I have no problem making it to at least 2 hours before I take off to readjust and reset tension from stretching

        • You guys feel free to look at my extender log in my signature, it shows my very first 6 or 7 months in the extender. Very detailed with hours worn per day, when I added rods and measured gains.

          • Here's the best comfort optimization I have been able to create after years of extending. This is basically an infant sock with the sleeve cut off.

            • Ricahardwad, I tried the washer trick and have to say it works awesome. I think one of the biggest issues with these devices and comfort are the straps slipping just a little bit over and over throughout the day, just minutely. This causes your unit to move around more in the strap which causes irritation. It's not necessarily the pull/traction that causes some discomfort, it's the movement of the strap while it's tucked in your pants and moving around. The washer trick is the key to getting the straps to not slip, at all. I still use the bread tie through the bottom holes which enables me to bend the straps down and tie them down so they point toward my balls. If I don't do that those frickn things just scrap on my leg, etc.

Have you tried my noose technique?

Yes, I cut the straps so I cant get it to tuck under, plus the bread tie works a treat. I have tried a few things to get the straps to not move, the washer trick in genius.

I tried it in the past using rubber O rings but they still slipped over time and it just added more time to getting things set up.

                    • Thank you burrito for the awesome tips, I started using the QEP yesterday and using a gauze is definitely more comfortable than the comfort pad. Is there any trick to not get erect when putting it on?

                      • Does anyone have any tips about getting into the strap?

I don’t quite understand how people are getting a head swell when I have to pull the shit out of my head so I can get the noose behind my head!

Also when you use the device should one of those tick lines be hidden after you release the device? If so man I don’t know how I would ever get into the device if one of those tick marks needs to be hidden! Would totally love and appreciate some advice!

Press the device with left hand so it compresses toward your stomach. Takes a good amount of pressure. Put fingers of right hand through strap, use one strap to start, and grab your glands. Now, this isn't very soothing to do and it never will be. Grabbing your glands kind of hurts at time. You need to pull it to get it through the loop. Once in, I take my thumb of left hand while its still compressed and raise it so it pushes the head of your unit up into noose, then pull strap down with right hand until tight, release pressure so it stretches. You will have to adjust the noose here and there until your unit is straight. Warm your unit up first, or stretch it around before you put it in noose. I at times get slightly aroused so when i start to get a tiny bit hard, it goes right in. If you cant get your unit in, the rods are too long.
All 3 lines are shown when released.

This device doesn't come with a girth band?
