  • wow the OP is back i thought you are lost man... you must come here more often... it seems like you started a small revolution... although real effect is yet to be seen but there are many willing test subjects, thats sure...

    so first thing answered: you are circumcised so to try to replicate your succesfull routine guys with foreskin intact can be doing stretches with foresking retracted... right

    also after nearly 2 months from original post your PE didnt return and you still "can pretty much last as long as you want", right ?
    thats VERY IMPORTANT that the ejaculation delaying effect wasnt just temporary fatiguing of the penile muscles from all the stretching...

    you say you were stretching and edging every day and now you dont edge anymore and stretch only every other day...

    HOW LONG did you do both the stretches and edging DAILY before you droped the edging and went for stretches every other day...

        this is offthe stretching topic but thought I'd ask since i cant find anything on the net.
        I recently read about 'anal breathing' how you flex your glutes to stimulate the coccyx (tailbone) which then apparently relaxes prostate and PC muscle = delays ejaculation. But I actually don't get how you do it..so I was just wondering if anyone tried this and got it?? or know any information about it?

        I've only found a number of reviews of the anal breathing exercise and everyones saying it made them last over an hour easy....so i'm quite curious..can anyone here share any info bout it?!

          • Yeah i was doing it with the stretching..then i stopped all for a week becausse someone said it might be overdoing the stretches with reverse kegel..i just started meditative reverse kegel from monday..im just not sure if tightened pc muscle is my.problem but everyones saying it probably is lol

              Honestly I don't know how this is working for a lot of people. I been doing stretches for a long time and never do anything for me, but if is helping other people that's good. May be you are like me that you need to do something more information than just stretches.
              I suggest go back to the reverse kegel routine, but do it every other day, and sometimes gives 2 days off.
              Another thing that could help if you pines is to sensitive is when you shower rinse the head with warn water.
              The warn water make more comfortable with the wet, and war vagina.

              • Yeah ive stopped doing that..my penis is still overly sensitive though hmm the thing is that my head was never sensitive enough to give me kegels but its the shaft.. the area underside of the penis..not all of it but mostly top 1/3 just under the head..is it abnormal?? Everyone seems to have the head sensitive instead..and yeh i will go bak to kegel and reverse kegel..

                Im doing meditative reverse kegel instead..are u having any progress with reverse kegels???

                  • Are you getting jolts and twitch like feelings in the shaft, like a pulse?

                    So am I. I think it's fatigue. I going to continue these stretches for a month and re asses. As long as you aren't getting them in the pelvic floor it should not make pe worse

                      • Oh ok thank god at least i know its normal..hm that means my penis is epic fatigued..coz its like that everyday maybe i should take 3 days off then get back to reverse kegel

                        Some people recommend doing kegel and reverse kegel together so like inhale and kegel , exhale and reverse kegel instead of doing one exercises at a time..any opinions on this?! Or shud i stick to mediatative reverse kegel

Can some people have more easily fatigued pelvic floor muscle than the others??coz alot of people seem to do exercises few times a day but i guess thats not for everyone..

                            My routine is every other day I long reverse kegels of 10 seconds or sometimes more I do 20 of 10 then I rest a little bit and then another 20 for everything I do 100, and at the end I make a light reverse, and I push hard another small reverse kegels short but very hard. I do like another 50. I stared to see results when I stop regular kegels completely.

                                no I'm not. I'm still fighting to get over it, but I'm saying that I started to see results when I stop regular kigels.
                                I can last 20 minutes intercourse, sometimes more, and sometimes less.
                                I don't feel ready to put something in the success forum.
                                Why don you make a new thread ? Since this is a stretch thread I don't want to use other people's spaces.
