Mental health:
Constantly telling myself positive things whilst going throughout my day, every time my trigger thought pops into my head, I replace it with positive thinking.
I did 20 minutes of meditation, I almost fell asleep from how relaxed I was.
While meditating I would allow the triggering and painful images to be noticed, but I'd imagine them in a cloud floating far away out of my mind. I did this with 3 images and also tried it with a statement and just a negative feeling.
Deep breathing and meditation was nice, I am enjoying this. Before I could hardly do 5 minutes without thinking "Is my timer going to go off soon?"

IKs are normal for you now. They have developed over the years. When you get retrained they will not be normal. They should only happen when you ejaculate.
