    Finished up this week tonight. Going 4 on 3 off for the rest of the fall due to Friday events, Big Al is ok with this.

    Warmed up for 6 minutes
    45 Squeezes
    13 tension stretches
    12 towel raises x 5 seconds (really decided to concentrate on these to see if I can maintain 90-100% erection)
    25 minutes edge
    5 minute warm down.

    Gosh, 3 days off is going to be tough on the psyche.

            I'm working with Al yeah and I like it very much so far.

                  I'm very interested & I've been watching your progress downlow. Good luck with this new routine... You mentioned 3x rest days which is very interesting. Mostly because I've never heard of guys doing this on purpose before. It must work though, I trust Big Al has a lot of good knowledge (based on 12 years of experience & a lot of success with a lot of guys).

                    Thanks. Actually, since i have prior commitments on Fridays for the next few weeks, it makes it hard to PE those days. So I asked if I could go Mon-Thurs PE then Fri-Sun rest. He said we could try it. I have 1 1/2 weeks left on this routine then measuring, then a 10 day break. EQ was usually 7-9 and is now 8-9.5 so it is helping.

                        5 minute warm up
                        48 squeezes
                        15 towel raises
                        16 tension stretches
                        25 minutes edging, had 2 dry orgasms at the end, then took awhile to get back up for the final blow lol.
                        5 minute warm down.

                        This was the first time I really concentrated on dry orgasm, I did have a little precum earlier in the edge session though. Hopefully it doesn't hurt me for tomorrows workout.

                          Well I started out at 50 towel raises, but realized it wasn't working like it should, so I backed it way down and started over. It has helped in only a couple session now. I don't seem to have an EQ problem with the wife, so i am not too worried about it.

                            SO I measured today, legnth went up 0.25 inch, but girth went down 0.25 inch all directions. Not happy.

                            • Today starts week 5 with Big Al. I have been instruction to refrain from girth work due to the reduction. Gonna be tough. Tonight will be
                              5 minute warm up
                              18 tension stretches
                              18 towel raises
                              25 minutes edging
                              5 minute warm down.

                              after this week, I will measure again either thursday or friday then I have 10 days off PE completely. I may do some easy JAI's and flaccid bends in the shower and 20 minutes of fowfers at night. otehrwise no pulling or squeezing for extended periods.

                              PI's have been good, morning wood, decent flaccid, but really need to get the mentality back after the measurements last week.

                                I did 20 jelqs and 3 squeezes
                                5 minute warm down.

                                Tomorrow is a day off due to working late, but I get to come home and do a body workout then shower with the wife
