    Yesterdays workout...

    Routine

    Warm up 15 mins
    Jelqs 20 mins in total - consisted of...
    Normal Jelqs 16 mins - In all directions. Erection level 50-70% for 12 mins, 30-40% for 4 mins. Kegels
    Curling - 4 mins - Erection level 50-60% Some kegels
    V-Jelqs - 5 mins
    3-5 second reps. Kegels
    Stretches 15 mins - consisted of...
    Normal - In all directions, held for as long as i feel it can take (but not too much). Some kegels (for better pull back)
    Bundled stretches x 2 a side held for over a minute each.
    Also mini breaks to shake.
    Squeezes - none
    Edge 30 mins - with kegels
    Didn't pop.
    15 mins warm down

    After thoughs

    Felt good yeterday.

      Todays workout...

      Routine

      Normal - In all directions, held for as long as i feel it can take (but not too much). Some kegels (for better pull back)
      Bundled stretches x 2 a side held for over a minute each.
      Mandingo stretches - x 3 a side held for 90 seconds each. (light kegels for better pull back)
      A-Stretches - 2 left and right, 4 up and down. Each held for around a minute.
      Then ended in a few normal stretches again.
      Also mini breaks to shake.
      Squeezes - none
      Edge 40 mins - with kegels
      Didn't pop.
      Shower warm down

      After thoughs

      I decided to do a third day in a row, it just felt right. Ended it with a good stretch routine, it is now feeling really good and loose. Will post PIs later or tomorrow.

          • Day off from PE today, I havnt been able to get to my computer so I can't post detailed PIs, but i can say they are looking very good.

            Can't wait for my workout tomorrow!!

            • Ok so today was my day off, I stretched throughout the day and warmed up once and lightly massaged. Edged twice (sex) for around 1h 30 mins all together... and yes I came. Woo!

              So it start again from tomorrow lol

                Suprisingly had a good workout considering i came last night. It usually feels really tired after that but it was fine. I did mandingo stretches toward myself today for the first time, i'm focusing on my upward curve.

                      Started the day with edging (sex) for 30ish minutes. 5 hour beak then went into my workout. Focusing on V-jelqs and also my bending exercises. Good routine, day off tomorrow.

                        • Larger flaccid as always
                        • Morning wood is good - between 8 -10 EQ
                        • Erection Quality is good - 8 - 10 EQ.
                        • Extremely easy to get an erection.
                        • Normal size is good.
                        • Horny horny horny!
                        Negative PIs
                        • No pain at all, but a little tired
                        • No decreased night/morning wood.
                        • No decreased hardness.
                        • No numbness.
                        • No discoloration - None at all.
                        • No loss of size.

                        Day off today, it came at a good time really because my penis feels slightly tired. Possibly a second day off tomorrow, i will see. Other than that it is all good.

                        • seriously bro, by seeing ur time , i think i should reduce my jelquing time to 15 or 20 mint .. bt mi PI's r quite fine .. i m confused what should i do....
                          what should i think, i m conditioning, or just doin somethin or exercising...

                          • That is what I have been trying to tell you bro lol. I view it as if you do alot at the beginning (even if your PIs are fine) you will make your penis harder to gain because it will have built up a kind of resistance to exercises very early on. That is just my view point.

                                should i reduce my stretching time to 7 mint,, and the jelquing to 10 mint... plz tell frankly.... i don want to be looser, better i will e slow gainer..
