The duration of individual stretches depends on the quality of the grip, usually 30-40 seconds. I do as many a day as glans soreness allows.And for how long do you do them?
I've found that any strong erect kegelling greatly reduces the stretchability of my unit the next day, so I don't actually edge because of the heavy involuntary contractions that happen when close to the PONR. I try to stay at max erection for extended periods of time but without getting too close, kinda like ballooning I guess.And do you think edging helps with the growth process?

No new FSL gains but it's been five days without a 100% erection, it feels like something's happening at last. Night/morning wood has been so-so as well, and today at the best erection level I could achieve it was still unusually bendable at the base. In the next few days I'm going to stop stretching as soon as I get to max BPFSL and focus on trying to get it to fill up to capacity.Last edited by Stan; 11-22-2016, 10:54 PM.

Stan when you say you ballooning and not edge till max erection for extended periods of time. How often and long you do these for ?

Very interesting your routine focused on stretchings.
I've been having problems getting my unity half erect when I start pulling. It gets engorged and almost impossible to have a decent grid.
Also I try to hold the stretch until my thumb get tired. Then I do a helicopter to let blood flow and then I grip with the other hand.

Essentially the idea is to never stop the stimulation, all the while avoiding any strong involuntary contractions. This I think allows it to actually get to max erection, as opposed to max expansion.
A new thing I've been doing though, is that when I feel I'm at 100% I stop stimulation then I forcefully push it down and keep it there until erection subsides. This keeps the last few inches rock hard for a good while without any pelvic contractions.
Every day, duration varies but it's at least 30 minutes total.How often and long you do these for ?

I read some of your log and I believe you haven't really increase the duration maybe about 10-15 mins max per day, but mostly manipulated the intensity. I find that most people increase reps (duration) to make more gains but u haven't. Whats the logic behind your short and intense routine in making gains for you ?

Simple: if I hadn't increased the intensity I wouldn't have made any more gains. Yes, one hand covering the other, to improve the grip actually, so I can pull harder.Also I am assuming that you are currently hold a stretch with both hands to increase intensity ?

I can do bed BTC stretches but not sitting LAS because of my huge balls, they have nowhere to go and it really hurts. BTC feel to me like they mostly stretch skin so I don't use them much at all.Originally posted by slunk View PostHave you ever experimented with Lazy Ass Stretches?

Fortunately I haven't had to ask myself that question for a long time, but when the BPFSL gains eventually stop again I think I'll be out of options anyway. And to actually answer your question, about one week would probably be enough to be 100% sure I'm not gaining anymore.
I don't care about the skin, I'd rather use my other hand to help with the grip.
