      When you say "PE" I am assuming you mean Penis Exercises in general and not Premature Ejaculation.

      I drink the 5G tea daily.
      I also have made sure to get Vitamin C.
      I do aerobic exercise 5 days a week.
      I do yoga 5 days a week.
      I have adjusted my diet in general to be more healthy, cutting down on fast food, red meat, meat in general. Eating more leafy greens, etc.
      I eat more bananas.

      • New things I am trying:

        Rolling Exercise (30 times)
        Roll your penis gently back and forth between the palms of your both hands.

        Under Leg (10 times each hand)
        1- Spread legs and then reach behind grip the tip of the penis from beneath your right thigh with right hand (thumb in)
        2- Raise right knee
        3- Stretch the penis under the right thigh and hold it there.
        4- From behind, support your right forearm with your left hand to keep the penis in a constant stretch.
        5-Then, alternately push your leg down over the penis and then pull it back.
        * Repeat the same exercise with left leg and left hand.

        Over Leg (10 times each hand)
        1- Grip the tip of the penis with the right hand (thumb in) and stretch it over your right thigh.
        2- From behind, support your right forearm with your left hand in order to keep the penis in a constant stretch.
        3- Then, raise your leg to stretch the penis.
        4- Return your leg to the first position and repeat the exercise.

        Cross Stretch
        1- Grip the base of the penis with the left hand (thumb out) and then grip the tip of the penis with the right hand (thumb in) and stretch it to your right side.
        2- Next, with the left hand pull the base of the penis toward your left side and then return to the first position.
        Repeat also the same exercise in all directions

          This is not at all intense. Each session is short, maybe 10/15/10 (but add in longer for the edging part of the third one)
          I am adding longer times and more reps weekly to get to a longer workout, but am taking it slow to be sure that I am not overdoing it.
          I continue to do pelvic floor focused yoga daily. I also ride my bike daily and do some circuit training as time allows.

            • My daily routine for last week, the 16th to 19th (Friday was a day off):

              (I want to note that finding the right balance is key. Last week I was feeling very good about the work I was doing. And my flaccid hang reflects it. Looking long and firm. On top of that I was woken by massive morning wood Saturday through Tuesday. I have upped my routines intensity somewhat this week, and it has been really good for edging and jelqing, but not so much for morning wood. I will reflect back on the weekend and see if I hav eto dial it back to last weeks routine)

                          I thought I was at a 6 week mark, and things were busy, so I took a week off from edging and jelqing

                          Continuing with changing things up this week I am switching to a jelq free experiment. Instead of jelqing at the end of my ballooning I am going to do some squeezes, then try out some side-to-sides. Did this a few years ago, and will try it again. 6 weeks attempt. I will try it three days a week.

                          I am really not sure what the ultimate goal is anymore. I seem to be plateaued pretty firmly at the current size. Been there basically since last year August, though I did gain like 1/16 of an inch sometime last fall.
                          I want to keep in shape, so there is that, and gaining a little more would be cool, if unnecessary. Then there is the scientist in me who wants to see if there is a hard plateau or if gains continue.
