I am sorry to hear you've been burning out over the past few months. They say that life between the ages of 35 and 55 is particularly hectic in a man's life. So here you are! It is important to recharge, taking some time off for yourself. Don't worry about not posting here... first tend to your overall health. This forum should not be your top priority anyway.
I was just wondering about that. What aspect of PE is mentally effortful or requires a lot of concentration... is it factors like committing to the routine at the same times, following thru with the schedule... or is it more in the routine itself, putting your mind fully to the practice, meditating about some particular aspect, maintaining the right erection levels throughout the routine? Reason I ask is that I am at a stage where the newness of the routine is enjoyable, but not yet mentally taxing.
Well, I think to some extent, everyone on this board has some form or other (no matter how light) of penile dysmorphia. I would be lying if I stated that all I want out of my journey here is pure penile health. Surely, I would welcome an increase in size (heck, I would farking LOVE that!
). Personally, for much that I try to cast away the need for a bigger cock, I think it may be tied to my sense of masculinity: "If I acquire a bigger cock through PE, then I'll feel the better for it." Artistic depictions throughout different cultures through millennia are a testament to that insistent desire. Men are merely human, not perfect, in the misplaced desire for a bigger peen. And I guess women roll their eyes and put up with it!
Like you, I have also erred in consulting reddit boards in order to find out more about that 'special' community. I no longer do though, as I have come to realize that the site is riddled with people that have lost the meaning of living a full life. To live for the sake of impressing others about the prowess of one's member is a sign that they have given up on the life goals that would truly make them happy. This is a 'surrogate' replacement for happiness that could not be found through more fulfilling means. Which I find a little sad. There is nothing about building something within a community, or improving the world... it's all about the ego. One-upmanship. As soon as you discover the underlying suffering that permeates that board, you'll run the other way.
Back to you: you already know that your peen is perfect if not larger than what your wife can take. So I'm not sure that you actually DO want it larger. Explore that question... why the need to be the 'biggest'? Could it be an impelling sense of competition? Did your drive to self-actualize take you too far? Or as you pointed out, is it because of marital issues back home? Did you consider talking to your wife about the recent changes, and the needs you feel are not being met? Perhaps she may open up about how important the job is to her and how she regrets not having the energy (in spite of wanting to). Point is, you may gain a lot by clarifying that with her. If you're brave, you may even open up about your PE journey not just being about health... that increased size meant wanting to be the best for her (or whatever the case may be) depending on how receptive you think she'll be to hear it. But the essence is communication... this in itself will remove several of the roadblocks you've been experiencing of late.
