    • Finally did it. The ever elusive missionary orgasm.

      Last night, for the first time in I cannot remember how long, I brought my wife to orgasm in missionary. Took about 20 minutes, maybe more, of well-paced thrusting, but I did it.

                    • End of the year round up:
                      I continued with the aforementioned routine to the 6 week mark. I was consistent up to the end, even though I noticed mush fatigue, both mentally and penisly.

                      But it was worth it, I guess. After a few days off I did some measuring and found improvements:

                      My stats as of December 27th, 2018:

                      Erect Length is at 22.7 cm
                      Mid erection girth at 17 cm
                      Stretched flaccid 24 cm
                      Flaccid is 16.5 cm
                      and flaccid girth at 13 cm.

                      That means lengthwise I am a hair below 9 inches, but I'm calling it at 9.
                      For girth I am 6.7 inches, which is officially an inch gain from start.

                      Gonna be on a two week break, at least until Jan 7th. Then we shall see.

                          • I've mentioned before about not chasing numbers. I measure, and it is important to keep track. But I prefer to keep track of perceptual changes to my erection.

                            I took a week or tow off. Only doing some edging at night in the shower for a few weeks, then last week I was away for 5 days with the family, all in one hotel room, so no exercises.

                            Yesterday back in the saddle:

                            When I do my warm up squeeze exercises, I grip the shaft with two hands in an overhand grip. When I started to do that, a few years ago, I had to be careful as the last two fingers of the outside hand would be on the glans, so I had to not squeeze those fingers. Last year I noticed that both hands could fit behind the glans when doing those exercises. It was a good as my hands would fit in just behind the head and help the stretch. Now both hands fit with room to spare. I did some edging and at 95% erection both hands fit on the shaft and the head sticks out with room to spare.

                              Repeat the same exercise with your left leg and left hand.
