    • Reflections on erections
      I have found the best way to do the tunic tugs is one hand to use a reverse (palm down) ok grip right up against the bone with the other hand using a ok grip (palm up) under the head.

      I also have found that when I do that I have both hands gipping the penis, pulling in both directions, there is about an inch of free space in between on my stretched flaccid.

                • Well, my summer PE work has come to a finish. 4 weeks of fairly intense work. I think I did well, and bets of all injury free.

                  But it will be good to get back to the wife and day to day life. I am not quite hitting that full HD erection. Getting really full A+ all the time, but I can feel that there is a little bit held back, I assume I need my wife to get to that level of excitement.

                  I was full hard Thursday, and that made it difficult to do some exercise. At one point I took a break to check measurements. Researching and considering a cock ring, so I was curious about erect sizes.

                  At about 95% I am 8 ¾ long with 6 ½ at mid girth. Base girth behind testicles (where the cock ring would go) is 8 ½ when tugged tight. I spent a moment to feel around the erection to think how it felt. Then back to do the mixed stretch on wards…

                  After all was done and I was at 99% erection, hard and wide, and by touch I could feel that after the workout I was fuller and thicker than before. Still, could feel that I did not get that last 1%.

                  • Just want to jot down a summary of the last few weeks...

                    The week of July 29th to August 4th was taken up with moving and traveling around the planet. So very little PreE or PE work done.
                    There was some sex, and it was pretty good, so not a complete waste.

                    The week of August 5th to 11th was a rest week. I did some stretches to keep limber, but again very little real exercise.

                    That being said, there was a great deal of sex. About 6 times in the week. I want to note that my erections were overall sub-par. I think that can be attributed to jet lag and the horrid heat wave. Of course, it is all relative...even at 90% or so my wife was so impressed by it that she wanted to take pictures.

                    The week of Aug 12th to 18th I was back in the saddle. I did daily PE work and PreE work as detailed below:

                    • Reflections of erections:

                      Finding that magic balance of PE work and rest is important.

                      I spent a month doing fairly intense PE. Always watching the PIs, I was aware that I was doing too much. But I wanted to push myself while I had the opportunity. Having done this awhile, I knew I was fatiguing the penis quite a bit, and I was always careful to not sustain an injury. Looking back on my log I see that morning wood was a PI that went away.

                      Then I took a week or two of a break. And I could feel that I needed it. And even though I was taking it easy, that morning wood did not come back in force. A couple of times, but not really as good as I would want.

                      Then the last week I start back in on a what is basically a maintenance routine, and the morning wood is back in force. Of the last 8 days I have woken to morning wood 8 times. Twice my wife has commented on it, asking me to turn around so she could admire or pulling my underoos down so she could see it.

                      I had hoped to hit 9 inches by my 50th birthday, but I guess that is not to be. I turn 50 in a few days. However, I do not really feel all that bad about it. I read that as men age, the frequency of nocturnal erections decreases significantly. Mean number of erectile episodes of patients younger than 50 were 2.37 per night, whereas patients older than 50 had 1.49 per night.

                      Additionally the quality of the erection decreases. The rigidity of men over 50 tends to be a quarter of men under 50. Yet I am getting erections that are so hard they impress my wife. That seems to be a good thing to me.

                      And, I mean, really, I measure now at 8 and 7/8ths inches long. If anyone were to measure my erection, they would not look and say "Oh, he has an eight and seven-eighths inch long penis", they would see a nine inch penis. Not that that is of any importance anywhere but in my own head.

                          Yeah. Sorry about that. It does go all over the place, and in recent times it does focus far too much on enlargement.
                          I started out trying fix the PreE, and in doing that I discovered the other stuff and did both together.

                          I never see the thread in situ, I just click on the "my threads" link. I had forgotten that it was not in the "progress" section. Maybe it can be moved?

                              • I've already posted this in another thread, but I want to place it here to to help me think through a few things:

                                Part I

                                I teach a class at the uni that is mostly for English as a Second Language students. As part of the class, I open up the floor to questions, about the class, school, life in general or me in particular, including any questions they may have about the English language.

                                In yesterday's class, the first day of classes, I asked if there were any questions. This one student raised his hand. He asked me "What does 'hung' mean?". I clarified about the conjugation of hang-hung-hung.

                                However, h explained that a girl had use the expression "He is hung!". Nobody batted an eye. Normally I am happy to go over slang and bad words, but on the first day of class I did not want to go there. He waited until after the class let out and asked me if it was a really bad word. I told him no, but wanted to check the context to be sure I got it straight.

                                He said that a few students in the dorm were comparing schedules. He had asked a couple of sophomore and juniors about me and my class, and one girl had said "He's hung!" and the other girls just laughed. He asked them about it, but he said they just got all giggly and wouldn't tell him. So he was really wondering what it meant.

                                I thought that was kind of funny, but I just blew it off. I told him not tho think much of it, that they were just goofing off.

                                I have a number of students who are Korean but who have spent a long time in the US, 3 - 5 even 10 years. They like to "show off" a little, both their language ability and their worldliness by using slang and talking about topics that are normally taboo. I've overheard girls use expressions like "Yeah, she's stacked so guys like her.", "Booty call" or "I'd do him." So I can just imagine them saying "He's hung", but I had never thought they'd talk about me that way.
