- Get to 100%, maintain for 5 mins
- Relax to 90% - Jelq > 10 palm down, 20 up, 18 palm down
- Apply menthol, eucalyptus and clove spray (and jelq)

- Jerk penis – 40/80/40/80 till hard (~95~99%)
- Once count is done, peak at 100% erection (not PONR) x4
- Relax down to 50-60% - Jelq > 18 palm down, 20 up, 18 palm down
- Relax to 50/60% apply menthol, eucalyptus and clove spray (massage and jelq)
