    Now if we could only "force" the PC to relax during the PONR...without practice it is more difficult to slow down the ejaculatory reflex I have found.
    6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)
    10/22/09: BPEL = 6.2"; EG = 5.1" (began serious pe)
    12/21/09: BPEL = 6.5" (+.3); EG = 5.4" (+.3)

      It appears some guys can actually do this zen and it may well be the mystic tradition for male multi orgasm(mmo).
      However it is hard to know, as the mystic tradition talks in an uninteligible manner. in any case the active (kegel) mmo method is well established here and we have a number of members practising it.

        This sounds good and all, but will it work for someone who has an orgasm immediately (as in 1 second) upon entry?

        Are there any other suggestions for this issue? I've fought about trying subliminal messages. I was on pail (it worked for 2-3 minutes) but it also made me depressed. I'm trying some yoga breathing techniques as I've heard that can help seratonin.

          try provide us as much information as you can, so the people can give you better advice.

          If you're really coming that fast, it my just be the case that your dick, especially the glans, is not used to touch and is over sensitive.... do you masturbate using a lube, or dry masturbation?

          I guess edging, stamina work and kegels are the right choice for you... but there are more experienced member in this area.

            Many members try to run before they can walk,missing key steps and base training and then give up when it doesn't work immediatly.
            Stop/start edging and seperate kegel training are the first step ,guys with pe should include reverse kegels as soon as possible.

              Before I begin, thanks to all of you on this site. I and many who never post appreciate it.

              I've tried kegels before for a few weeks but never noticed anything except I could get close during masturbation and stop an ejaculation. It would just delay it for another minute or so. I did this in conjunction with edging obviously and could do it for about 6 minutes and ejaculate on the fourth time (edged 3 times in one session).

              I usually do it dry and focus mostly on the shaft. When I stimulate the head, I reach ponr much more quickly. If I use lubrication, I reach the edge in less than a minute. So the whole edging process would be about 2-3 minutes. The lack of positive progress was frustrating and I gave up after a few weeks.

              It seems it is mental for me - why else would I ejaculate immediately?

              I'm an anxious person by nature and have never been confident in the bedroom. Perhaps that's why paxil worked - a seratonin imbalance. This is why I'm trying yoga breathing techniques because I heard that type of regular deep breathing can alter your seratonin uptake like a paxil or other SSRIs. Also because it seems mental, I thought subliminal messaging might help.*

              The reverse kegels seemed interesting as I noticed after reading posts that when I masturbate I instinctively flex my pc muscle.

              So here's what I'm thinking of trying:
              -30% kegel/70% reverse kegel exercises daily
              -continue yoga breathing, which I just started a week ago
              -some sort of messaging: subliminal or positive reinforcement words
              -edging

              My questions are:
              -how many and how often should I do the kegel/reverse kegel exercise?
              - how often should I edge?
              -when should I start to use lubrication
              -when do you think I'll see results? Yes, I know everyone us different.
              -most importantly, is there anything I should do, not do, or do differently?

              I'm open to all thought and suggestions. Thank you very much.

                    Firstly 70% reverse kegel is usefull ,if your premature issues are caused by a kegel like spasm( uncontroled sometimes unconcious).
                    You need to build the volume and intensity of kegels over time, as you increase you will need rest days.
                    Edging is well tolerated and you can do it daily, I suggest in your case to seperate it from your kegel work.
                    Re lube are you circumsised?
                    Your plan seems ok, but may need to be adjusted in light of your experience.

                        Pegasus- I am circumcised. I mentioned lubrication because it makes me come quicker so I don't know if I should practice dry and build up to it or use itnow because it is a closer feel to the real thing.

                          I am uncirc and don't use lube, so your question is difficult to answer. However there is an article on lube at this site ,which is a good resource. It is normal for plans to be adjusted in light of experience,one must look for the best way forward.

                            I was used to dry masturbation, which I believe is not the best, because I was not stimulating glans and it's oversensitive than during sex or edging...
                            So lately I'm trying to jerk off with lube, I do edging always with lube... and maybe it's just a feeling, but I think I can last longer now during edging. I didn't get laid for some time, so I cannot compare to having sex though :/

                            EDIT: what I wanted to say, but didn't say it explicitly, that important thing when wet masturbating and stimulating glans is, that it's getting used to more intensive stimulation, "wet" sensation and so on... more similar to real vagina.
