i also would like to know some numbers of reps people are doing reverse Kegaling and Kegaling and the length of time of each rep. Ive been trying many different length and reps and would like to compare to someone that has had success with there Pre E so i know im heading on the right track

Yes, doing the R-K at other times is beneficial. In fact I catch myself clenching all throughout the day - especially in times of stress, etc...That is also a good time to R-K and take a deep breath.
However, the best way to train the R-K is while edging!!!!6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)
10/22/09: BPEL = 6.2"; EG = 5.1" (began serious pe)
12/21/09: BPEL = 6.5" (+.3); EG = 5.4" (+.3)
6/23/10: BPEL = 6.7" (+.2); EG = 5.5" (+.1)

So I put this to the test last night, here's my story! So I've been kegeling for about a year now, and began edging within the past 6mnths. I would like to beleive I've built up a stong PC muscle. One thing I never have done is R-Kegels. I do have some PE issuues. I found that I was making very little to no progress with stamina!
Last night i began to edge, and I felt a climax coming within about 2 minutes. I felt like I just about hit PONR, I responded by contracting a hard kegal for about 5-10 seconds (I HAVE NEVER TRIED THIS BEFORE), the feeling of climax was gone! Erection went down to about 80% (probably due to the concentration?), and thought DID I JUST DO IT? Or did I just climax? I got it back to 100% and realized WOW, I DID IT!
I then began to try breathing with my stomach, taking a deep breath and then holding a REVERSE kegel when I felt my body was going to kegal by itself. I reached near PONR a few more times and pulled a hard kegal! I was amazed with this to say the least. I feel like it will COMPLETELY change my sex life! I would lose a little hardness from it, but bring it right back.
NOW, i dont know if the cause of this was the reverse kegals, or the kegals to avoid climax, BUT I ALMOST COULDNT REACH PONR after a while! I literally had to work hard to reach climax for the explosion so I can go to bed.
Is this what happens when u kegal to avoid climax? Do you last longer til you hit the next "Feeling to climax," or maybe it was the reverse kegals that prolonged this?
Hmmmm.. All i know is I am a happy man, and cant wait to practice/experiment, and then use this on my girl!

I have found in the short time I've been aware of them that RKs are incredibly effective for holding off PONR, and the more I've practiced, the more I've found the holding an RK to be resistant to further stimulation, which is GREAT. This crosses over into a few other conversations so I won't let that bleed into here.
I have found so far that my conscious ability, with both BC kegel and RK, while strong, isn't quite strong enough to *fight* the BC/kegel contractions of ejaculation on its own yet. I'm already sold on the theory (with reference to Pegasus' balance theory too) and your description gives me a lot of encouragement that this is right on the money, and practice and time is sure to get me to the Emerald City

3) At the exact moment before you know your kegel will flex: REVERSE KEGEL! PUSH OUT! This is a COMPETING RESPONSE!
-=-Why this will work: You are re-training your Reflexive conditioning, from being one where (1) your kegel flexes at the first sign of pleasure to (2) now your kegel muscles are trained to stay relaxed via the reverse kegel, offsetting ejaculation. BRILLIANT! (this must be repeated many times to effectively re-condition your nervous system)
I'm 100% positive that this will work, (With practice) and I am implimenting it with success in my own PE efforts. The COMPETING RESPONSE mechanism is very common in training new behaviors and association with new stimuli to replace old ones. It is a widely used tactic in my field (psychology).

Yes this method is in wide use at pegym, but this is the thread that started it's popularity. This method can (and often is) also be combined with my own work .
