    I have virtually no fat pad so BPEL and NBPEL has very little difference on me. I have lower back problems so I do a lot of core exercises. Oddly enough it keeps the fat pad very thin...I carry my gut a bit higher. I still have a bit of that beer muscle, it just sits high on my belly thanks to always working the stomach. I might have a six pack if I were to drop like 2 or 3 kgs.

    I have tried to push in but it hurts and only adds like less than 1/8th of an inch. So don't think I am hiding something.

      Ok, this is going to take some imagination.

      Do you ever have dreams about having a really big erection?

      I used to have these dreams in which I had a really large erection, porn star or even cartoonishly large. In the dream I’m having sex with my wife and my erection is huge, I guess 9X7 ish and wide. In the dream I hold it and its hard and wide.

      Over the years I have this same dream periodically. Once in a while I would see a porn image or clip with a guy with an erection like that, and it would flash me back to my dream. I’d think I’d like to have one that size.

      So I was doing just a regular evening edging + jeqing session. I paid attention to not kegel, and just went through my pre-stretches and then edge. While doing it I did not look at my erection. I just used touch to guide me.

      I like to balloon up before jelqing. I keep relaxed and just try to get as hard as possible while keeping the excitement to below 8. This time I was able to remain relaxed to an extremely hard erection. I focused on different areas and tried to coax each zone harder and harder, really ballooning up.

      And one point I was using and overhand grip to work the base and I had tis strange sensation as I wrapped my hand around. I was holding that erection from my dream.

      I did it. I have achieved my "dream" erection.

        Today was the last day of my wife's vacation (I've got 5 more days) so our last chance to hook up before getting back to the daily grind. It is also the cumulation of all the work I had been doing the last month. Really working a lot on keeping a super hard erection while keeping my pelvic floor calm.

          I'm back home, and back to the old grind. Starting classes for the fall semester next week.

          I think this fall will be a few months of just cementing. I'm teaching 5 classes at three different universities plus my regular City Admin work, so I think I'll only be stretching and doing some edging, at best. I may get to do some Uli work twice a week, but that remains to be seen.

          Anyway, an end of summer summing up:

          I am solidly at 8.5 inches long. Did a quick measure, not even at full EQ, and it's there. The mid erection girth is about 6.375, also not really at full EQ, so I may be slightly more.

          Yesterday I nailed the wife, and it was 'rough' on me. I have not ejaculated in weeks. First I was traveling with my son and two of his friends. Then with jet lag, a very tired and jet lagged wife, and taking a week off PE, just have not had time to release.           I did that for 4 weeks. It was intense, but it was also highly enjoyable.

          I will note that when edging or ballooning (or any time I was erect, really) I did not look at my penis. I relied on touch alone. I was trying to reset the way I viewed my erection. Now when I look at the erection it does look kinda big to me. Before it just looked normal.

            The other night I was going through my normal routine of edging in the shower. My wife popped her head in to grab something, she saw me through the mirror and I guess she noticed the erection. A few minutes later she popped in again, again I saw her looking at my erection. She did not say anything.

                I do not keep up with my own progress nearly enough, so a few updates that I want to note for future reference:

                Last week on Friday and Saturday I hit a personal milestone on my road to control of premature ejaculation and erectile health.
                I had some extra time to myself as my wife fell asleep early, so extra long edging session. I was at it a good 30 minutes when I decided to go over the edge to see how it felt. I almost ejaculated, but stopped by reverse kegel to reduce the tension. Then I kept going. I hit another peek, so I kegeled hard. I held back the ejaculation and just kept going. I finally let the kegel go and ejaculated. But as I did so I realized I could have just held it. Usually I have the feeling of failure after the ejaculation, but that time I did not. I knew that I could have controlled it and came on my own terms.

                Later in the night I woke with major wood. Not two-three hours after ejaculating. It used to be I needed a day or so to recover, yet here I was, rock hard, at 3 am. And it did not end there. My wife woke me up in the morning by playing with my morning wood then riding me. Not the best erection I ever had, but easily a 9 on the EQ, and she was very happy with it.

                Fast forward to Wednesday and the wife is horny. All evening she is teasing and touching me. So at bed time we start to fool around. I was at full 10 EQ when I tried to enter her, and we both felt it: she was just too tight. Already really revved up, she was in ecstasy. Rolling around and squirming under my erection. I could feel that I hit a new peek on both my erection and my ability to control my ejaculation.

                At the end of December I will have hit the end of my current training regimen. I will then take a few weeks of to go to the Philippines and then work an intersession intensive program, so I think it'll be a good two to three week break from PE.

                I'll put up the routine I have been using and I may measure then to see, but it is not all that important to me. I can feel the difference, and so could my wife.

                  Hi, it was interesting reading your progress thread. You sound very similar to me, you could have a very tense muscle. Even if your ik’s stop the muscle can still be v tense. This will determine refractory period, erection quality and of course PE. If you are tense jelking and edging wont help too much until you are totally relaxed. For me reverse kegels dont really help with this, they just make a strong tense muscle into a weak tense muscle. You need to do stretching/yoga every single day possibly for months until your muscle is fully elastic again. (I know not everyone would want to do this) but for one hour a day i insert a butt plug, this is fantastic for massaging and loosening the muscle and i also insert it when i edge to stop ik’s.
                  But again, until your muscle is conpletely elastic again no amount of edging will help you.

                        I am not really sure that you are completely correct. If you read through my progress you may have noticed that I've been edging for a long time. Even without the yoga and other things, edging helped me a great deal to be able to go for more than a few minutes with my wife. A big part of edging is becoming aware of your own levels of excitement. Even beyond any pelvic floor tension, the edging is the first step towards understanding your own body.

                        That being said, the addition of reverse kegels also made huge difference for me. Yet another tool to use to aid in the struggle. I think the reverse kegel is what helped me go from a few minutes to about 10. The thing with a tense pelvic floor is that it tends to go one way, at least for me. By becoming adept at the reverse kegel I am able to be in relatively good control of my muscles. tensing and loosing the floor as the situation demands. It is also good for redistributing the tension.

                        The other factor, for me, was yoga. I do daily yoga anyway, and so I added a number of poses that help with preE. I think that is what got from a max of 10 minutes to the 15 to 20 minute range. Knowing how I breath, being in better shape and calming the body all lead to better time in the sack.

                        The combination of all of these on a daily basis has now allowed me to move beyond the 20 minute range.

                          At the end of 2014 my life was on a rough spot. I was dealing with a number of problems, and things were not going my way. In the middle of it all I decided to embark on PE. I felt like it was one thing I could work on and improve without anyone interfering, so to speak. My main goal was to cure premature ejaculation and some periodic ED, so I started edging daily.

                          I did my research and before long I came across information about penis enlargement. I had dabbled in the idea a decade before, but had not really understood what I was doing. This time around I figured go all in. So I did my due diligence and started trying to get bigger. It took me some time but I got the hang of it.

                          Now here I am, three years later, quite happy with my results.

                          My premature ejaculation is controlled to the point that I feel it is no longer an issue for intercourse. I always get hard, and almost always in an instant. An EQ level of 8 is hard enough that my wife finds it exciting. Indeed, if I get to a 9 EQ she thinks I am at maximum hardness and about to ejaculate. But it rarely gets that far, as she orgasms within the first 5-10 minutes. Often less.

                          My size has gone up nicely. I have been working to cement my length and improve overall girth for a few months. I have a mild curve that makes the girth a little uneven. So I have been working to get the girth spread evenly.

                          I tend to avoid measuring. It added stress to my routine, so I usually measure 3 times a year. I was going to last night. Had the measuring tape an ruler at the ready. The wife was out, allowing me to edge for a long time. I really pushed to max. I was going to take a few measurements, and started with the indent just below the glans. It was six inches. But in pulling the tape tight I somehow pushed myself to the PONR and just could not keep it hard and at bay.

                          I was a little flummoxed at not getting the measurements, but was able to blow it off as that one number was good enough to show I had succeeded. I was able to compare myself to an inanimate object (a can of deodorant that measures 8.25/6) and I dwarfed it.

                          Paralleling these gains with my penis, my life has been wrangled under my control. I am in a much better place than I was. So I am thankful.

                          Time for a break for a little while...have to look at how to best handle that.
                          When when takes a break from PE, does one also take a break from edging?

                            Hmm,
                            Nailed the wife but good last night. 3~4 positions, a couple of orgasms, then I allowed myself to cum.

                            Here is the thing: after I came the erection did not subside. I was big and hard for a good 15 minutes after. And not just a semi, I was fully erect.
                            If she had not quickly passed out, I could have easily gone at it again.

                              Just updating my routine from last fall in case anyone is interested. I have seen good results, though have not measured. (I am not sure if I will measure, whenever I go to do it, my erection gets stage fright...I'm not sure what it is, over excitement, or what, but I end up going past PONR or just not being able to maintain a good erection)

                              Anyway...
                              From September until end of December I was doing a girth oriented routine:

                              5 days a week I would do 3 stretching sessions throughout the day and one edging session with jelqs

                              The first three sets take minimal time. Maybe 10 minutes. The edging is longer, about 30 minutes.
                              I have a curve in my erection, with left CC being underdeveloped. This routine has helped even it out.
                              Generally when doing the PE I do not look at my erection. I just use feel, so that when I do see it, it looks bigger.

                              I have this can of deodorant that measures, at longest, 8.5 x 6. I use that as a guide. It looks really long, and when looked at straight on really big. So when I want to imagine my erection, rather than look at myself, I look at the can. Helps put thing sin perspective.

                              Now, when I place the can above my erection, the erection is visible on all sides.
                              Another point of reference for me is my grip. When I do the warm up squeeze exercises, I grip the shaft with two hands in an overhand grip. When I started to do that, a year or so ago, I had to be careful as the last two fingers of the outside hand would be on the glans, so I had to not squeeze those fingers. Now both hands fit behind the glans when doing those exercises.

                              All of this adds up to a very satisfied customer: my wife. I last longer than needed in bed, the flaccid size impresses her and the erection has her making sounds that impress me. All in all I am happy with where I am.

                              Going to continue with the "break" until end of January then back into the routine.

                                Just coming to the end of a two month routine.

                                It has been hard to organize, but I have done my best to do fairly intensive PE. Though due to school schedules, etc, I have been doing a 1 on 1 off routine, M-W-F, with and extra "on" day on Saturday. The last couple of weeks have been noting visual differences in my erection: when I grip the flaccid with both hands, in palm down grip, I am able to have both hands fully behind the head and when gripping the base of the erection for a uli I am unable to fully close the OK grip at anything about a 6 or 7 EQ. There seems to have been some length and girth gains. And, to be honest, the reaction from my wife has correlated with those perceived gains.

                                I had planned to get a good measure at the end of March, but due to a busy weekend no chance to actually do the measure. I almost had a chance yesterday, but as soon as I had the house to myself for a bit to get hard, my PreE started acting up. Once again my erection seems to have stage fright or something. I was not able to get fully hard without going over the PONR. I did a measure at about an 8.5 EQ, and at that level I am at my current stats, 8.5x6.35.

                                Later in the evening I had another sort of milestone, though. My wife had run out of clean panties, so she was wearing a thong. I had a chance to see her in her full glory as she was choosing the next days outfit. I could not get that view out of my head, so as soon as the son was safely asleep, I pretty much attacked her.

                                She was a little taken aback by my reaction, and thought I was joking about being so turned on by her thong. As soon as she saw my erection, however, she was convinced of my attraction. I was at my absolute hardest. I do not think I have been that hard in years, and as I have mentioned here before, my EQ is off the rails normally. But this was a new level of erection for me. And the thing about it was I did not kegel at all. I kept the floor relaxed and just was absolutely rock hard without needing to kegel. The head was full and the foreskin pulled back of its own volition.

                                As soon as I entered her she reacted. She gasped with an intake of breath, and completely straightened out her torso and neck, like she needed to straighten up to accommodate my erection. I was able to keep in that state for a good while. I could feel the PONR out there, just beyond the horizon, but so long as I kept the floor relaxed I was ok. We stayed in missionary for a while, but soon I had to roll her over and let loose. I was able to bring her to orgasm, and then go for my own. I had to be careful not to pound too much, as I think I could have done her some damage.

                                All in all a good day, even though I was not able to take any measurements.
