      I overowkred at stage 0.4, I think I advanced to it too early and was doing a slightly more forecefull back kegal than I should have.

      I think I have always had this, even before I started the programme, I was ejaculating with a back kegal rather than a front one.
      The ejaculation wasn't particularly far, but whenever I have ejaculated before, it rarely has been far.

        Ejaculating with a back kegel is not a bad thing, but here is what you should do. Next time you ejaculate when ever you feel the back kegel when ejaculate also try do to a front kegel (but don't do a hold) so that you are basically mimicking your back kegel. Attempt it a few times and then post the results and observations here.

        The general point about ejaculation with back kegel is this, if it doesn't hurt and it doesn't make you feel uncomfortable then there is probably nothing wrong with ejaculating with a back kagel.

        As for the exercises, it is as you have noticed very recommended that you develop your own tempo of exercise and rest days. The flow outlined is just to see one version of it, since unfortunately i have too little experience in balancing the rest days for now, so you are on your own there.

          How do you incorporate this with a thrusting motion solo and eventually in sex?
          BPEL: Jan 2013 - 7", EG: 4.3", March - 7.5", EG 4.7", July - 7.75", Nov - 8", Jan 2014 - 8.2/16ths, March 2014 - 8.25", Jun 29th - 8.5", Aug 15th - 8.10-11/16th" (nearly 8.75)

            With much practice, after attaining the outlined strength, technique and timing. With a strong enough pelvic floor using nothing but the pelvic floor muscles you can DO in any position and mostly during any motion, since you are not using other muscles and such to assist the DO.

            • I have been edging today, when i reached the ponr i kegeled. At first i ejaculated a little bit, then i tried to push an even harder kegel, and i think i experienced a retrograde ejaculation because it felt somehow discomfortable. Was the timing wrong? Strength not enough? I am training hard because i really want to overcome this problem. Once you are able to DOing, can u perform it always during sex? Is it possible to keep on having sex as long as u want just by DOing when u feel the urge to ejaculate...?

                Once you learn how to correctly perform a DO you get a much better insight and are able to do them under different circumstances, but it still requires much practice.

                Was the timing wrong? Strength not enough?
                This is a question you should be asking yourself after reading this guide.

                Also remember from the aspect of premature ejaculation DO is but one tool in the tool box not the ultimate solution.

                  Having (mostly) balanced my pelvic floor and cured myself of Pre E, yet still not being entirlely satisfied, I came here out of interest. Interestingly, this post goes some of the way to explaining my situation;

                  As noted there are two main types of IKs the synchronous ones (SIK) and asynchronous ones (AIK).

Those sometimes act up when the body gets somewhat confused and wants to ejaculate.

                  While SIK can make you ejaculate prematurely they also can be eliminated, or avoided (or in the case of soft wave orgasms used, but that is the topic for another time and another guide). So they are not so problematic to PremE as AIK but it takes time getting used to them

                  The "AIK" are gone now, thanks to the balance I've established. However, as I near the PONR, the "SIK" start to majorly play up. Everytime, I end up holding a rock hard SIK, which I can do nothing to stop, except stopping, as you mention. This SIK holds right the way through orgasm, and stops RIGHT before ejaculation and spasm kegels. Unfortunately, this means that I cannot attempt DO, since by the time SIK stops, ejaculation occurs, and I cannot apply the kegel hold. Could you explain how I deal with this?

                  • SIK usually start to act up very near PONR (you will simply noticed that the sensations are extremely strong), I for example have then just as I am about to ejaculate (where it kinda flows into the kegel spasms that cause ejaculation), so most of the time this isn't a problem for me. If you notice that SIK start up more further from the PONR it might be that it is a habit rather than SIK, so try to fix it by holding either a 1-3 medium strength second kegel or 1-3 second reverse kegel hold. Also with practice and longer edging sessions those SIK can actually be reduced somewhat or stop affecting you too much.

                    Anyway, one of the ways you can fix this is to actually cause the ejaculation rather than to wait for it, but holding a mild reverse kegel and as you are nearing PONR you will notice that a kegel starts to overpower your reverse kegel hold, as it overpowers it instead of just letting it go you should turn it into a kegel hold, that almost always works for me. There is a lot of practice involved here.

                    Also about strength, you might be surprised but you might lack either strength or technique to do it. Try to do a few towel raises and see if your kegel movement when you attempt do is similar to the one you do when you try to lift a towel.

                        Same as with Sine Front Hold you just do them with root locks and reverse root locks instead of kegel and reverse kegel.

                            before i read this thread, i thought i've mastered DO.
                            my kegel is strong enough to hold the ejaculation, but some of the ejaculations came out.
                            i felt discomfort, but bearable, and lost just a little erection. (still high arousal though, those bouncing tits lol)
                            when i got laid with my gf, i did this 5 times in one round (before finally released it)
                            i was so proud! coz i last for 50 minutes!lol
                            and everytime i hold it, some of the ejaculations always came out.
                            is it a wrong way to do it?
                            is it what u call bad DO?
                            is it dangerous?
                            when u do the correct DO, is it really dry, i mean even not a little part of the ejaculations come out?
                            please answer this sir Minuteman, coz i think i would do this again if u dont answer this since my gf was totally satisfied last time lol

                              Yeah it is "bad DO" and repeated attempts can lead to problems, but how much is needed in order to induce complications vary greatly depending on factor such as age and other.

                              When you perform a "clean DO" you have no ejaculation and you don't lose erection at all (it may happen first several times until the body adapts).

                              In conclusion it is up to you how you will proceed with your DO attempts but be prepared to face the consequences whatever they might be (or If they even happen at all).

                              • I'm afraid I have over worked my pc muscle especially the reverse kegel part. I can do a routine fine but I can't even do 30% of the reverse kegel in the routine. What can I do to fix this?

                                Should I stop and take a long break from this routine until I'm fine again? I've also noticed I always used to shoot when ejaculating now I'm dripping which I think is caused by over worked pc muscle and maybe making the involuntary contractions too strong so they won't let everything out and contract too much, can this even be a thing?
