Should I stop and take a long break from this routine until I'm fine again? I've also noticed I always used to shoot when ejaculating now I'm dripping which I think is caused by over worked pc muscle and maybe making the involuntary contractions too strong so they won't let everything out and contract too much, can this even be a thing?
It is odd. Since the bulk of this routine is actually more focused on kegel movements rather than reverse kegel movements. Also what ratio did you do them? Where you unable to do 30% of the reverse kegels part routine before but you still continued? Have you mastubated/edged at least two times per week, where those sessions longer than 20 minutes (if you can reach that mark)?

Anyway make a week to two weeks pause. What you probably did is over over worked the kegel movement rather than reverse kegel movement. Also from now on you should do https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...se-kegels.html every time before and after a exercise set in order to prevent this. Now with the resting period you are to do meditative reverse kegels at least once per day (ideally two times per day, sometimes in the morning and before sleep).

Be sure to always adapt the rest days to your own rhythm, doing them once every second day if needed. Decrease whenever you feel the need to do so.

I edge once a week for 60min+ with lube if that matters, I do not use any kegels during edging yet.
I've also been having very few involuntary contractions and feeling tense in the groin area later on during the day.

Thank you for the advice I'll do the reverse kegel breathing. Should I add any stretches or will reverse kegel breathing be enough?

You may add any stretches you know but be careful when using a tennis ball stretch it can cause more problems then the things it can fix. Be sure to do the stretching itself after a warm-up (run, exercise of any kind involving legs etc) rather than cold static stretching this is important.

The tense feeling of the groin area is a sign of overworked kegel movement meaning that you need to slow down and better pace your exercises to suit your body. The lack of involuntary kegels means that the routine is working it is just that you are advancing faster than your body can handle it (good quality erections are another sign). Edging once a week for 60+ minutes if fine but try to keep it a little lower since that also brings allot of tension to the pelvic floor (probably the other reason you have the tensing up), the 25-45 minutes isn't just in order to last longer it is an optimal time of sorts where you don't overwork and yet don't "underwork".

In that light 2 per week for the max of 45 minutes per session finishing it up with a ejaculation is what I suggest for your regime since there is allot of pelvic floor activity to just have a one per week ejaculation. Also be sure to check this post and especially the part about training once per day vs twice per day every second day.

I am sorry that the pelvic floor routine lacks further optimisation and proper scheduling but due to the time constraints I am unable to provide a quality update for the time being, but with your imput and feedback like this I will be able to make it better.

Also be sure to take a warm (but no too hot) longer (but not to long) bath at least once a week since when it comes to actually relaxing the pelvic floor muscles there is little else that is batter than that. Doing meditative reverse kegel breating in a hot bat or just holding a very mild reverse kegels will eliminate a lot of tension.

So your reverse kegels are fine it is just that your pelvic floor is too tensed to allow you full range of motion, but a tensed strong pelvic floor is not the same as the tensed weak pelvic floor as you have noticed.

I asked in the topic related to the tennis ball massage and I didn't get an answer so I'm gonna ask you MM, how must be it done?

"Sitting on the ball, placing it between the balls and anus and may use your hands under your buttocks so that the pressure is not as sharp..."
Must do something else? How long you have to be? Would talk of series?

            Thank you for your time
Sorry about my poor english, I'm on it!

I don't prefer doing the stretch at all so I can't tell you any specifics, I just pointed out that is one of the ways (warm/hot bath being my preference).

                • Hey Minuteman, why did you type so much about that it's very important to have the right strength, technique and timing when attempting DO's and about why "bad DO's" are bad? I mean... They aren't really dangerous? Dibble Ejaculation is more or less the exact same thing as normal ejaculation, all the ejaculation /semen leaves the penis. Partial Ejaculation is a combination of getting some of the ejaculation /semen in the bladder and some out, and Retro Ejaculation is when all the ejaculation / semen goes to the bladder right? But there aren't really any side effects from getting the ejaculation/semen in the bladder except from discomfort? If you asked a doctor if it would be dangerous to get ejaculation/semen into the bladder the answer would be no.

I understand that you want to raise awareness about the fact that DO's may have potential dangers, and if people attempt them, it's at their own risk. This might be true, it might lead to potential dangers if it's done wrong, but getting ejaculation / semen in the bladder is not really dangerous. I understand that DO's and things like that is not really a too familiar subject for most people, including doctors, so it's hard to say what problems attempting for DO's can cause. I have never heard about anyone who has had side effects or necessairly bad consequences from attempting DO's...

Why are you emphasizing that it's so important to have the right strength, timing and technique? Why not just get strength through kegels as usual, technique from towel raises and timing from practice? What is the worst that can happen with a bad timing? Retro Ejaculation... (I personally would still build up strength for weeks-months if it caused discomfort to get ejaculation in the bladder, which I don't know, because It never happened to me).. But I mean.. is it really that bad to get a retro ejaculation 10 times when you attempt for DO's and when you practice to get the timing right?

                  • This area is largely un-explored and I can in no way predict the pelvic floor condition of each user of this guide, and because of the experimental nature or dry orgasms. Since there where no detailed medical experiments upon a bigger population it is always a good idea to be careful since I do not posses enough knowledge or enough arrogance to state that dry orgasms will not cause any problems.

About retro and partial ejaculation (the partial retro not the partial dribble) I stand by the belief (because I don't have enough knowledge to state otherwise) that a male's bladder in not designed for it to get the sperm or any liquid like it does during a retro orgasm. The problem is also that repeated retro ejaculations and even partial ejaculation put undue stress to bladder sphincter and when it is weakened enough you can get retrograde ejaculation without even attempting a DO (here we of course are talking about extreme situations and depending on the individual's pelvic floor and bladder health which I have no way of knowing).

This guide is designed in mind of reducing most risks when training and attempting DOs since it is an unknown area I simply cannot be sure what the long therm problems might arise form having allot of bad DOs.

But in the end it is all up to the user of this guide, if you are sure in yourself that it will not make any problem for you and that you know better (and I don't mean this in a bad way, people are different somethings work much better to some than others etc) feel free to go ahead because it will be you who will suffer eventual consequences (if any of course).

But there aren't really any side effects from getting the ejaculation/semen in the bladder except from discomfort?
You are welcome to bring some proof about this statement.

If you asked a doctor if it would be dangerous to get ejaculation/semen into the bladder the answer would be no.
This statement is problematic for me since other than asking it is hard to know how will a doctor answer, and as far as I understand neither you or me have enough knowledge or are competent enough to answer this question fully (although if you where an urologist the situation might be different but it still an opinion of one person).

I have never heard about anyone who has had side effects or necessairly bad consequences from attempting DO's...
You are focusing too much on the short term and too little on the long term effects, when you are writing guide you have to focus on both.

Why are you emphasizing that it's so important to have the right strength, timing and technique? Why not just get strength through kegels as usual, technique from towel raises and timing from practice?
I don't remember writing that, I noted that you have to be proficient in each area, that is kind of different. In other words you have to dedicate the time in each of the areas in order to be able to DO consitently. Also to quote myself:

Technique is the most crucial of the three. While if you have a strong and balanced pelvic floor you have a leeway when it comes to timing (meaning the window to actually hold your kegel gets wider), and with good timing you can afford to have a weaker pelvic floor (because you can optimize your strength), there is no substitute for the technique, making it the most crucial of the three.
In other words the three aspects can balance them selves out (with technique being the most strict).

This is not a guide on how to perform a DO from time to time, this is a guide on how to always be able to DO (or at the least most of the time). There will always be people who can do this will much less effort but I am making a guide for the broader audience of men who may not be as gifted and instead have to obtain it trough work and dedication.

The warnings are meant to make you think twice (as you are now having your doubths) so that you are more observant and careful, but they also benchmark your desire and determination to master DOs.

                    • Hmm so what happens with the ejaculation / sperm when you perform a "clean" or a "perfect" DO?

Ideally when you perform a clean or perfect DO since you are basically stopping the first spasm that pulls the sperm up from testacles (that then mix with the prostate fluid) the sperm simply stays there as it where before the PONR. As you may have noticed, during the intense sessions you will sometime get the a few involuntary spasms but the sperm won't come out.

The problem arises when either you miss the initial spasm and the process continues and the prostate then secretes the fluid that helps the sperm flow outwards (while at the same time shutting down the path bladder and the urethra in normal cases) and continue to hold the kegel therefore obstructing the flow and (depending on the strength and technique) can either cause it to force its way trough the path of least resistance (in case your kegel hold is strong enoigh but not complete in other words you lack technique) or dribble out (in case your kegel hold is not strong enough). Ejaculation is a strong involuntary process that is not ment to be stopped half way, that is why the ideal time to stop it is just as it is about to begin (the first spasm).

The reason I thing that perfect and clean DOs are not harmful for the body is because I noticed that sometimes when you don't want to ejaculate at a certain time you might instinctively perform a kegel hold while pulling your self back and that the body will in some occasions simply stop the process. Also when you perform a bad DO you simply are not having that good feeling, it feels like something went wrong. That is why to most people who ask me when can they can be positive that they have performed a clean and perfect DO I usually answer "You will know it when it happens" because it simply feels right, it feels natural.

Some source imply that sperm gets reabsorbed while others state that the sperm just decomposes after a while, what ever the case a good practice is to always ejaculate at the end of the session (or at the least a day or two afterwards) in order to preserve prostate health.

                        • Ok, thanks for the info. By the way... There was a guy who told me that it would be pointless to learn DO's if you can only last 30sec-1minute why do you guys think he said this? Does it get way harder to do the second and third DO than the first one? Or is it like once you master DO's you can't be "stopped"? (Note: This is not really a question for me, as it doesn't count for me, but I'm just wondering)

Also, when attempting DO's I heard it's better to go to PONR several times as it makes it easier for you. I even realized huge changes in my ejaculation if I do this. If I just masturbate and ejaculate straight at first PONR, then it will be ejaculate with squirts and power, it will be like, first wave (squirt), second, thrid, done. But if I go to PONR 3 times like I do with edging and then ejaculate, the ejaculation comes way slower. It's less powerful and it's not squirts. It is kinda of like a very "slow river" and it seems like it would be way easier to kegel in this situation and successfully perform a DO. So to my question: Can the very best perform DO's at the first PONR?, or is it way more "risky" (bigger chance of not succeeding) so even the best and most experienced tries to avoid that one?

                          Comment

                          • To answer your second question first. The reason you get better ejaculations is you approach PONR multiple times is because of all the fluids from the prostate mostly that are making the pressure and because the spasms get more pronounced.

For people that have premature ejaculation for example the ejaculation on the first PONR can also lead to dribble ejaculation because the pelvic floor is to tense to allow the kegel spasms full range of motion. For most people with balanced and relaxed pelvic floor it doesn't make much difference (aside from the fluid effect noted above) between the first and any later PONR.

Having multiple PONRs in one session allows you to get used to the sensation at to be able to better pin point the exact moment you will ejaculate, but it generally depends on the person.

As you perform clean and perfect DOs your body simply gets used to the timing and other aspects and it gets much easier as you successfully DO, so at the later point it doesn't matter at which PONR you are. The human body is really amazing at adaptation, however in order to sustain that level of performance you will need to clean/perfect DO frequently, which for example I was not able to sustain simply because I wanted to focus on other techniques for healing/fixing premature ejaculation problem and because of the lack of sex partners. So for most people their first aim is to be able to have DO at least once per session (be it edging or sex) rather than chaining them, but if they have frequent sex they are able to do it more and more to the point where it almost is effortless (as Pegasus might attest).

As for the guy who said that it would be pointless to learn how to DO if you last shorter, it is the clean DO and soft wave orgasms that enabled me to last longer while edging as it showed me that it is possible therefore reducing the psychological pressure of lasting longer and giving me a confidence boost and introducing my body to new forms of pleasure that where foreign to me before that. However, people tend to make the mistake on relaying on just one technique too much while looking down upon simple practices like edging, ti is important to understand the for a person with premE DO should be one of the many tools in the toolbox while for people devoted to mastering MMO DO is for most one of the first major techniques.

                            • Minuteman,
Originally, I posted this elsewhere, but I thought since I am doing your program I should ask you. Two days ago, I had my first DO. I was so excited that I attempted again later that evening. I had one DO, which was followed by a failed DO, but not a retrograde ejaculation. Hours later, I decided to try to ejaculate since I'm new to this. I didn't edge, I just masturbated until I ejaculated. When I did, it was the most intense orgasm I may have ever had. However, it almost felt like it was being held back or something. When I checked after I regained my focus, there was much less semen than usual. I urinated after and there didn't seem to be semen, but it wasn't in a cup so I'm not 100% sure. My bladder didn't hurt after. I read that after edging and a DO there is usually a buildup up semen and more is released.
Do you think I just held a kegel without realizing it in the heat of the moment?

                              Comment

                              • The feelings of being held back can be form the failed DO, but it can also be from the fact that you tired out your muscles and also some interior blockage due to the failed DO, but I think that since your muscles where tight and you mentioned that the orgasm was strong that you might have as you said held a kegel (to be more exact not, you but your pelvic floor since the muscles where tight).

After a bad DO it is generally a best idea to edge and ejaculate normally tomorrow rather then attempting to fix things right away or the same day, this should properly clean the semen out but also allow the muscles to relax after a strain. What most beginners aren't aware is that the bad DO causes much more stress on the pelvic floor than the clean or perfect DO.
